There are up to 6 brushes, so you can animate up to 6 locations.

Regarding motion strength, the smaller the value, the less the subject moves, and the larger the value, the more the subject moves.

A higher value looks more impressive as a video, but it also makes the subject more prone to distortion.

I think a value around 0.5 is good.
