[Self-Introduction] & [Site Map]

To those meeting me for the first time,
and to those who always read my posts,
thank you for coming here.

I would like to write about my work history
and the reason why I am here now.

Work in the food and beverage industry

When I was 19,
I started working part-time at a major restaurant chain.

I worked the late-night shift.
At first, I think my feeling was just,
“I’ll just work for now.”

But before I knew it,
two months later, I was entrusted with being a supervisor.

Over the three years that followed,
I gained experience at four different locations as a part-timer.

・Launching new stores
・Part-time store manager
・The company's first part-time trainer
・1st place in Osaka in a practical skills competition

Looking back now,
even though I was just a part-timer,
I feel like I was given
incredibly rich experiences.

After that, I became a full-time employee.
Six months later, I was promoted to store manager.

Taking on challenges was the norm,
and learning from failure was standard.
In that kind of atmosphere,
I was trained very thoroughly.

And then, after working there for eight years, I resigned.

Diving into the world of sales with no experience

The next path I chose was
a sales job where I had absolutely no experience.

It was at a marketing sales company,
in an era when the internet wasn't as common as it is now.

It was back when paper media was still strong.

I joined a franchise company
for a media outlet that was expanding nationwide.

Among them,
the company I worked for was the top within the franchise.
It was also the industry leader in the region.

Honestly,
it was quite tough.

But because of that,
my sales skills and my way of thinking
were thoroughly drilled into me.

The 11 years I spent here
have become the foundation of who I am today.

I interacted with many business owners
and learned their ways of thinking.

There are still many business owners
I am in contact with even now.

"It was a grateful experience"
I truly feel that way from the bottom of my heart.

Back to the food and beverage frontline once more

After working for 11 years,
"I really want to do food and beverage after all"
I thought that, and returned to the food and beverage industry.

I became a store manager one month after joining.
And then an executive officer.
It was just chaotic (laughs).

But strangely,
rather than "tough",
"I really do love this, it's fun"
was the feeling that was stronger.

Meeting note

Around the time I started studying various things,
I suddenly came across "note".

I was a science student in school.
I was bad at Japanese and writing essays.

Honestly,
I hated writing.

I only looked at social media.
"There is nothing for me to post"
I thought that.

Even so,
for some reason, I thought
"I want to write".

I can't write well, but
there are things I want to convey.

With that feeling,
I started writing sentences little by little.

While writing,
I felt like I was practicing
putting my experiences and thoughts into words.

Now, and from here on

After that,
I retired from the food and beverage job I had continued for 6 years,
and started my own business in 2025.

Now,
・Business centered on corporate customer attraction support
・Management of restaurants

I base my activities on these two pillars.

To date, I have experienced
training and developing over 300 staff members,
and supporting over 200 business owners.

Even now,
I am involved with many business owners
on a daily basis.

And, I interact with
many customers at restaurants.

It might look like a detour,
but everything is connected to where I am today.

The "human relationships" I learned in the restaurant industry,
the "thinking" honed through sales,
and the "words" nurtured on note.

While valuing my past experiences
and future learning,
I will continue to update myself
and keep sharing.

If you'd like,
I would be happy if you could take your time to read.

I run a co-managed magazine
and a membership program.

I look forward to your participation.
