When I started feeling anxious because I was often being led by the hand to communicate [Crane Phenomenon]
As several things that felt off began to pile up,
the number of things that concerned me in our daily life increased.
One of them was
that my child would pull my hand to try and convey what they wanted.
When they wanted me to do something,
instead of pointing or using their voice,
they started pulling my hand to lead me.
At first,
I thought, 'They're communicating in their own way,' and felt like they were growing.
But as it happened repeatedly,
a sense of unease began to linger little by little.
For example, when they wanted me to get something for them,
instead of pointing at the object,
they would take my hand and lead me to it.
And then, there was this interaction where they would just 'make my hand do it'.
Rather than telling a person, 'I want you to do this for me,'
it felt more like they were treating my hand as a tool, moving it and saying, 'Do it with this hand,'
that was the kind of feeling it had.
I was concerned, so I looked it up many times.
In the process,
I also saw the term 'Crane Phenomenon'.
Seeing it described as a similar behavior,
I felt that it fit.
But I also felt it wasn't right to jump to conclusions based on that alone.
In the end, I spent my time without being able to ask anyone.
I had tried consulting with my family,
but my worries didn't decrease.
Looking back now,
I think it was just my child's way of communicating.
As I gradually found ways to interact with them,
the crane phenomenon also disappeared.
