For the salad, just massage with salt and toss with dressing.
For the ham and eggs, just pop them in the microwave.
I tell myself that even if I don't put effort into everything,
a bento will still turn out just fine 😅
There are days when I try hard, but
I think 80% of the time I take it a bit easy (lol).
It's a bento for keeping it up.

[Recipe] For 1 person *The preparation steps may differ from the downloadable recipe
● Sauce Chicken Cutlet
・Chicken breast 1/2 piece
・Salt and pepper a little
・Flour 1/2 tbsp
・Beaten egg 1/2 portion
・Panko breadcrumbs 4-5 tbsp
・Salad oil (for frying) as needed
<Sauce>
・Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp
・Honey 2 tsp
<Preparation Steps>
Slice the chicken breast diagonally into 1cm widths
Shred the cabbage
Mix the <Sauce> ingredients together
Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of the chicken breast, then coat in order: flour -> beaten egg -> panko
Put salad oil in a pot and preheat to 170°C
Add the chicken cutlet and fry
Once it turns a nice golden brown, it's done
*When packing in a bento, lay the shredded cabbage on top of the rice before placing the chicken cutlet on top
● Purple Cabbage and Walnut Salad
・Purple cabbage 1/6 head
・Salt 1/2 tsp
・Walnuts 6-7 pieces
<Honey Mustard Dressing>
・Rice oil 1 tbsp (salad oil is also fine)
・Sesame oil 1 tsp
・Grain mustard 1 tbsp
・Honey 1 tbsp
・Garlic paste 1cm
・Vinegar 2 tsp
・Salt a pinch
<Preparation Steps>
Shred the purple cabbage and put it in a plastic bag
Add salt and massage well -> let sit for 10 minutes, then squeeze out
Put the walnuts in a plastic bag or similar and crush them lightly with a rolling pin
Mix the <Honey Mustard Dressing> ingredients in a bowl,
add the purple cabbage and walnuts, and mix well
● Ham and Egg
・Egg 1
・Ham 2 slices
・Salt and pepper a little
・Toothpick 1 (for poking holes)
<Preparation Steps>
In a heat-resistant container, place ham -> crack in the egg -> add salt and pepper
-> poke 5 holes with a toothpick -> cover with ham -> cover with plastic wrap
Microwave at 500W for 1 minute and 30 seconds. If it's still runny, microwave in 30-second increments to check
Cut in half when packing into the bento
*The heat-resistant container used is a 9cm x 9cm (inner dimension) square glass container
