☕Nice to meet you. I'm Ayappe, someone who wants to move forward while gently embracing both sensitivity and reality.
Nice to meet you☺️
I'm Ayappe.
In the city of NOTE, I've opened a small, gentle place called
“Cafe Le Miracle”☕
This place is for...
People who are too sensitive and get tired easily,
people who think too much about others' feelings and find themselves exhausted before they know it,
or people who blame themselves, thinking, “I worried too much again.”
Phew~ This is a NOTE for taking a breath,
getting to know and accept yourself little by little,
and making it easier to live in reality too☺️
It’s not just about being healed.
But it’s also not about pushing you to work harder and harder.
I want to move forward gently, but properly.
I would be so happy to meet people who feel the same way here☕💗
☕What I write about in this NOTE
In this NOTE, I often write about things like this☺️
・The difficulties of living as an HSP or a sensitive person
・The hard-to-articulate discomfort felt in human relationships
・Self-understanding, self-acceptance, and how to get along with yourself
・Tips for not being overwhelmed by emotions, but not leaving them behind either
・Perspectives that don't just end in healing, but help change reality little by little
・Occasional lighthearted daily essays that might make you chuckle
I like articles that just make you say, “I understand...”
But I don't want to stop there.
So, what should we do from here?
What can we change to make things even a little easier?
In that way,
I want to write articles that make the scenery look just a little different after you read them☕
☕The me from a little while ago, and the me now
A little while ago, I described myself using slightly different words than I do now.
At that time, I was serious in my own way,
and I think I was trying my best to find words that felt right.
But after writing for a few months,
I have become clearer about who I am than before.
I don't want to line up difficult words.
I don't want to use expressions that only reach a select few.
I want to write with words that truly reach people.
I want to write in a way that makes the reader think,
“This might be about me.”
That is how I feel right now.☺️
I want to write from my own first-hand experiences about things that help people living with sensitivity
not blame themselves too much,
while still being able to move forward little by little in reality.
Not just ending with kindness.
But not being too harsh either.
Words that allow people who have truly been hurt
to truly grow.
The current Ayappe is someone who wants to write things like that.☕💗
☕Being a sensitive person doesn't just end with being kind
Sensitive people really see so much and feel so much,
and because of that, they get tired easily, don't they?
Like reading the room too much.
Replaying whether you said something the wrong way over and over.
Pretending it's no big deal while having a massive traffic jam inside your heart.
But I believe that
sensitivity is not just something to be protected .
It is also the power to deeply understand people,
the power to notice small inconsistencies,
and the power to carefully choose and deliver words.
It's just that, before you can use that power,
you sometimes end up wearing yourself out too much.
That is exactly why,
First, know yourself.
Don't blame yourself too much.
While taking necessary distance and re-choosing your words,
gradually becoming more at ease in reality.
In this NOTE,
I value both protecting and nurturing .☕

☕What kind of place is Cafe Le Miracle?
Cafe Le Miracle is
a small, gentle cafe inside Ayappe's heart.☺️
Here,
on days when you try too hard,
on days when you feel like you haven't accomplished anything,
I value an atmosphere where you can be told, 'Why don't you sit down for a bit?'
But you know,
this isn't a place that just ends with 'there, there'.
Laugh a little,
feel a little relieved,
get a little bit of yourself back,
and then be able to move a little in reality afterwards.
I hope to be that kind of place.☕
That's why there are articles to read on tough days,
articles to read on days when you want to rethink your relationships,
and articles that will make you feel a little lighter
on days when you feel like, 'I haven't done anything today...'
Sometimes,
there are also articles like the slapstick diary of Dojippe the store manager. lol
But I write all of these hoping that they will lead to
'Oh, so that's what Ayappe is like'
'I feel like coming back again'
☺️
☕I would be happy if people like this read this
This NOTE is recommended for people like this💗
・People who get tired easily in daily life due to HSP traits or sensitivity
・People who tend to carry a sense of discomfort in relationships that is hard to explain
・People interested in self-understanding and self-acceptance
・People who want to grow little by little, not just end with kindness
・People who want comforting words but aren't satisfied with just being pampered
・People who want to get themselves in order while having a little chuckle
Conversely,
for those who only want strong self-help,
this might be a bit too soft.
But,
I want to do my best.
But, I don't want to bully myself anymore.
For those people, I think this will surely be a good fit☕
☕I'll leave some articles here for you to read first
To those who have come for the first time.
I've left 3 articles here that easily convey Ayappe's vibe☺️
To those who have a hunch about discomfort in their relationships
To those who want to get a glimpse of Ayappe's personality
To those who don't just want to be healed, but want to move forward little by little
☕A final word
Thank you for reading this far☺️
Sensitivity is sometimes a nuisance.
It's tiring, you overthink things,
and there are days when I think it would be easier if I could just live more carelessly.
But at the same time,
being able to notice small kindnesses,
being able to properly stop for others' pain,
and being able to put warmth into words,
is surely also the power of sensitivity.
That is why I
don't just want to protect that sensitivity,
but nurture it little by little,
and connect it to making life easier in reality.
I would be happy if this NOTE
could become a small hint for that,
or a place where you can take a breather.☕
I look forward to getting to know you from here on out.💗
