"I want to fly in the sky" - Poem -
I want to fly in the sky
If I catch lots of red dragonflies
And fill up my bug cage
I can zoom, zoom through the blue autumn sky
Surely my body and heart will be dyed the color of the sky
I like soap bubbles
The sun is full of them
Smiling, smiling inside the bubbles
Because they are shining and laughing
I hate carrots
They are crunchy and taste like medicine
I always leave them and secretly
Give them to Lulu the puppy
And Mom glares at me with eyes like a praying mantis

I love picking wild chrysanthemums
I'll make a purple bouquet
One for Grandma at the family altar
And the other for Mom
I'll say, "Here you go"
Mom's smile
Is as fragile as a wild chrysanthemum
Into the clear blue sky
I let go of a red balloon
It rises higher and higher until it disappears
It turns into a sunset cloud, doesn't it?
(This is a rewrite of a 2022 work)
