This is part 2 (of 5) of "How to Make a Cardboard Remake Long Wallet"! Enjoy watching it come together bit by bit by referring to the

Step 2: Gluing and Folding
Since you want the gusset (Part F) to be strong, glue two pieces together. Also, since you want the opening of the card case (Parts CDE) to be strong, fold the edges over by 5mm and glue them down to reinforce them.
It should look like this.
Step 3: Sewing the Card Case
Sew the card case (Parts CDE) onto the coin case (Part B) and the inner lining (Part A) (please refer to the [ Blueprint ] for details). I've included a link at the end of this article on how to sew paper.
It takes about 30 minutes to sew the card case, so let's take it easy and go slow.
