|Abruptly| I wondered, what sound is that?
It is like a sound that issues a warning in daily life.
The sound of an alarm clock waking one from sleep.
The sound of an alarm detecting fire, gas leaks, or intruders.
The sound of a microwave announcing that cooking is finished.
── These are sounds that stop the flow of time, which is aimlessly caught up in something.
Or, sounds that rejoice in the birth of life.
Sounds that pledge proof of love.
The sound of |true breath| that hints at death.
── These are sounds that announce the deadline of a human life.
In this world, we are haunted by hollow, segmented deadlines.
Even in the daily life we spend without noticing, a deadline will eventually arrive.
Approaching unknowingly, the deadline
This album begins with a sound that rings a stern warning.
By the way, who is "|Seno Sachiya|"?
Who, well, Seno Sachiya is Seno Sachiya, but
the word "who" carries the meaning of "what kind of person".
If I ask a friend who likes "healing music",
some say,
"I don't know~"
while others are conversely surprised,
"What! You don't know Seno Sachiya?"
I myself think I am knowledgeable about healing and classical music, but
Seno Sachiya seems to me like a composer who emits some kind of mysterious radio wave that can only be received by people with a special antenna of sensibility.
Like the warning sound at the beginning of "White Lotus Blooming in a Muddy Swamp",
is he a composer who constantly announces the deadline of precious time flowing in a world completely different from daily life?
Perhaps,
this is one of the ultimates of healing music ──
Suddenly, near the release date of "Yoga of the Wind",
a message with a tracklist as interesting as a prophetic poem
arrived from the composer to me.
Naturally, it would not be in time for the CD's liner notes, so
I will take this opportunity to introduce it.
《 Musical Prophecy of 5 Songs by Yoga of the Wind / Seno Sachiya 》
■ Track 1 "White Lotus Blooming in a Muddy Swamp"
If someone who has lost peace of mind suddenly hears the beginning of this music,
they will panic
and search around for the source of the sound
■ Track 2 "Wind Horse (Lungta)"
If someone who is a vessel to achieve enlightenment in the near future hears this sound,
without knowing it is my work,
they will ask, "Whose music is this?"
■ Track 3 "The Secret of the Golden Flower"
Those who are captivated by the beauty of this sound, even for a moment,
will stand before the
shining gate towering at the entrance to the sacred world
■ Track 4 "Conjunction (Coniunctio)"
Even if born as a human, those who still carry heavy |karma|,
the performance of this music
will sound like unpleasant, error-filled noise
■ Track 5 "Soul Riding the Wind Toward the Sun"
Those who feel the inner conflict of not being able to reach cosmic unity through this sound,
will transcend the time of past, present, and future,
and for the sake of all living things,
become one who reveals the law of salvation
According to the composer,
these messages have no intention of forming a religious group,
but rather, the phenomena and reality as the |function| of music
simply and swiftly achieve an alchemical world,
which, through the motif of "The Secret of the Golden Flower",
the commentary collection written by Jung and Wilhelm,
beautifully bears fruit within the individual inner self of the listener.
While riding the wave of today's yoga boom in Japan,
yoga is being taught through curricula that
end with bodywork or materialistic maintenance of the physical body,
whereas this CD,
truly realizes the revival of the philosophy of ancient traditional yoga through music.
It is the essence of yoga that begins with Shavasana,
and it is the lamp of the sacred secret law.
This yoga music is,
for thousands of years,
the "Yoga of the Wind" that has not been passed down to the present day,
the "Yoga of Dreams," the "Yoga of Kundalini (Flame),"
the "Yoga of Rainbows," and the "Yoga of Stars."
And the instructor in charge of explaining the asanas of this yoga music
is Kyoka Maishima, who has gathered trust as a practical embodiment of a LOHAS lifestyle.

"Active Imagination," one of the important themes of C.G. Jung's
psychology, has a close relationship with alchemy and mystery philosophy.
In particular, the systems of Eastern mysteries and immortal philosophy, including yoga,
are widely known globally through translations and commentaries by Jung himself.
This innovative music, which can be called the culmination of Lu Yan's message, "The Secret of the Golden Flower (Tai Yi Jin Hua Zong Zhi)," and the Eastern wind alchemy represented by secret Buddhism,

A sensation as if my body were expanding. Just before the end of meditation, a sensation occurred of another self exiting through the top of my head. At the end of meditation, I slowly returned to my original state.

A sensation of my body being fixed. Along the way, a round brightness appeared in front of my face and disappeared, repeating several times. After meditation, there was a loosening of the body and a sensation of returning to the body.
16:00-18:00 Resting
A woman grabbed onto my left arm. It felt as if she had crawled out from the ground, and she clung to my left side. She was saying, "Don't leave me, don't leave me." I intended to call the instructor, but no voice came out at all, and I realized my body was stiff. I managed to loosen the stiffness and let out a voiceless sound. The instructor came to me.
