If you have nothing to convey, create it
Hello.
I am Madoka Kawaguchi, a producer in Osaka who plans stage performances under the name DOOR Produce.
I am currently preparing for the DOOR Produce December performance, "Planetarium Melody."
Right now, I am preparing for the December performance of DOOR Produce,
"Planetarium Melody."
Here, I am writing about the small triggers that lead from deciding on a project to creating a story.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
When you have nothing to convey,
instead of thinking about the usual route,
this is a story about how if you have nothing, you should just create something fun.
Now, the order in which I start preparing for a performance
First, I, the producer, Kawaguchi, decide on a project,
saying, "I want to do this. I want to convey this."
.
↓
I summarize
what I want to convey.
↓I have a script meeting
with the writer, Mr. Toramoto.
↓Even while
the script is being written, I send over whatever thoughts I have about the project plan.
(Is that annoying? 😅)
↓I receive something like an outline
from Mr. Toramoto.
↓Flyer photoshoot
↓Ticket sales start
↓↓And then the script is completed
This is a very rough flow for a new production, but it's a situation where I have a project but no story.
And yet, I already decided on the ticket sales date 😱
I have no
flyer visuals!
I could have the actors take photos, but
that's not what I mean right now.
Sure, a team overflowing with resources might do something, but that's impossible for us.
I thought about lining up the performers' profile photos, but it felt wrong. It just wasn't it.
But, as expected, I don't just want text; I want visuals. Yeah. I really want them.
Don't I have any?
Alright, then I'll just make them!
And then, I suddenly remembered ChatGPT.
Just to try it out,
"Can you draw a picture like this?"
I asked, and it drew it. But I was stunned because it looked like a shojo manga.
"That's not it. I want more realism."
Thinking about it now, I want to retort, "What are you expecting from AI?" but at the time, I was dead serious.
Over and over,
I kept giving feedback,
and gradually
"I didn't say that."
"I've told you so many times..."
I was acting like a workplace harassment boss.
When I looked up how to use ChatGPT effectively from there,
*It is important to be "specific," "provide context and information," and "specify the output format."*
That's what it said.
From there, I gave concise, clear instructions, and something close was completed.
Oh. So it was an issue with the instructions...
Sorry I couldn't convey it well.
I'm glad I didn't harass anyone.
After doing this and that from there...
With that said, this is what was created first

Two women standing under a winter starry sky at night.
It was something like that.
This picture became the starting point of the project.
It is not a picture of the story, but it is a fact that this project started from here.
It is the night sky I looked up at that day.
It is the night sky I walked home under while crying.
It is the night sky where I laughed and cried.
It is the night sky I thought about a lot.
Looking back now, from this point on, I was unconsciously
filled with the desire to be "together with someone."
Together with someone. This time, it's a story about that.
And so, one visual was completed.
I hope to deliver a time where the stars will snuggle up to someone's night as well.
