About this note | My first note
An attempt to go and find "gentle happiness"
In the process of growing up, have you been
"It can't be helped"
putting various things aside?
Things you wanted to do,
things you wanted to challenge yourself with,
mental space—
Is there something you left behind somewhere before you knew it?
In this note, I hope we can think together about things like picking back up those "possibilities of yourself you had slightly forgotten," finding things you can get
absorbedin by facing yourself, and creating
white spacein your heart.
Themes covered in this note
• "Questions," "mindsets," and "thinking frameworks" in career and life
• Tips for living calmly, gained from psychology, happiness studies, cognitive science, etc.
• And "cats," who are the embodiment of "white space" and my life mentors
Also, in my career to date, the author has
been working on new business development at a Japanese manufacturer for about 5 years.
While repeating many failures along the way,
I have continued to face myself, my colleagues, and the organization.
The realizations and lessons I gained from that,
I will also share in a separate series as "the reality of new business development."
I would be happy if this is even a little useful for those who are lost in their careers,
those who are thinking about new challenges,
and those who are interested in new business development at large companies.
I have also created a guide map for this research institute, so please take a look if you like.
Finally
I, too, am one of those adults who has left various things in the past.
But one day, I suddenly stopped and re-questioned myself.
—Wait, why am I giving up so easily?
—Is this really something I can't do?
From such questions, a time of slowly facing myself began.
I am still on the path,
but I am reclaiming myself at my own pace, even if it is little by little.
I would be happy if I could share such an attempt with you.
It doesn't have to be perfect, and it's okay not to have answers.
Why don't we walk together, at a relaxed pace, on a journey to find your own "gentle happiness"?
Thank you for reading this far. I will continue to write, so I would be very happy if you could "like" or "follow" me.
