The Day I Truly Wanted to Be Helpful for the First Time
Today, I heard that my friend fell and injured their face, then had their bicycle stolen, and on top of that, made a huge mistake at their part-time job.
And for the first time, I felt more strongly than ever before.
What can I do for this friend?
If there is something I can do, I want to do it.
Until now, I thought I had been working part-time and deciding on my career path with at least some desire to be useful to others.
But I realized that true 'wanting to be helpful' is a deep love that comes from thinking deeply about the other person.
Will I be able to become someone who can be helpful to many people?
