Most people mistakenly believe these are career, skills, or techniques, but that is wrong!!
I don't disagree that those are also important.
However,the most important thing is "strengths" rather than skills
—it is knowing your own mental driving force.

In everyone's life, there are things they worked hard at, regrets, and things they gave up on.
But in the things you were able to work hard at or the things you like, your own mental driving force is definitely at work.
It is clear that knowing this versus not knowing it makes a huge difference in work efficiency and maintaining daily motivation.

My "strength" is my personality, which is driven by the desire to be relied upon,
combined with about 20 years of studying clinical psychology
and about 15 years of experience as a business owner.
