My "Seeds of Vitality" ~Participating in Kitori-san's Project~

Hello, this is Ruka.

I am participating in Kitori-san's wonderful project ☺️

My "seeds of vitality" are,

connecting with nature

to be specific.

To be a little more concrete,

🌈seeing beautiful sceneryand
🌸taking care of plants.

While taking a walk, I try looking up at the sky, or before going to sleep at night, I try talking to the starry sky.

I feel a sense of being filled from within, realizing that I am a part of nature 🫧✨
(Sometimes... actually, mysterious things happen too, which is quite intriguing 🤭)

At home, I am growing a moth orchid I received last year.

Don't they look like they are dancing with their arms waving?
I often find myself talking to them ☺️

It's my first time caring for a moth orchid, and I'm sure there are many things I'm not doing perfectly,

but it is growing sturdily,
and now it is budding.

When you quietly turn your attention to nature,

you can really feel how warmly it accepts you.

I hope for a world where both nature and people
can all live comfortably,
and as I wish for that,

Today, too, I am receiving a lot of energy from "nature"☺️
