Passing the Real Estate Notary exam led me to change jobs.
My annual income increased.
I was able to buy a used condo with my own strength.
I became someone whose life was changed by a qualification.
But for me, the moment my life really started moving was after that.

I started note on a whim.

I wrote about struggling with life after my divorce.
I wrote about how my life changed after taking on the Real Estate Notary exam.

I kept writing about my experiences. Then one day, I received a message.

“You gave me the strength to take on a challenge. I’m going to take the Real Estate Notary exam.”It said.

Even though I was out, I was so happy that I burst into tears right there. I was surprised myself that I would cry in public.

It was a moment where I could truly feel
that I was glad I had kept writing.

My words had moved someone else's life a little.

It was a different kind of happiness than the day I passed the Real Estate Notary exam.

I was happy that I had changed myself. But the fact that my experience could push someone else forward was a joy of a different kind.

That was when I realized it for the first time.

My story wasn't one that ended with, “I was a divorced woman with no particular skills, but I passed the Real Estate Notary exam and became a full-time employee.”
There was a continuation to it.

The sharing I started because of the Real Estate Notary exam had now become a catalyst for someone else's life.

I have always loved writing since I was young.
But that was just one of my personal hobbies.
I never imagined that a day would come when someone would decide to take on a challenge because of my writing.


Recently, I’ve had a new dream.
I want to write a book.
Not a study guide for the Real Estate Notary exam,
but a book that can push someone who is taking on a qualification challenge.

A book that makes someone who is lost in their work think,
“Maybe I’ll try a little harder.”
I want to write a book that makes them feel that way.

The Real Estate Notary exam was not my goal.
It was a ticket to change my life.

And now, delivering that experience to someone else is my next challenge.

Someday,
“When it comes to Real Estate Notary on note, it’s Mameko.”
I want to keep writing until people say that.

I don't know if I can make this my job.
But even if it’s just as a side job, that’s fine.

If even one more person reads about my experience and thinks,
“I’ll try taking the Real Estate Notary exam.”
“It became the catalyst for changing my life.”
There would be nothing happier than that.

The Real Estate Notary exam changed my life. And note taught me the dream of wanting to support someone in that life.

The work I accumulate at the company and the writing I do to support someone else's challenge are both important careers that make me who I am today. I want to continue to nurture both of them with care.
