How is your Real Estate Notary studying going?
Are you able to keep it up every day?
I definitely had days where I thought, 'I'm too tired today, I'll skip it...' 😵
That's why I was looking for study materials with the lowest possible barrier to entry.
Today, I'm introducing a Q&A format book that I used quite a lot during my commute ✨
1. Thin and light
It's not heavy, so it's easy to carry around.
And,
a book small enough to open even on a crowded train
is the key point.
Because it's thin, you can set a low hurdle for yourself, like doing 5 pages (5 units) a day 🙆🏻♀️️
2. Explanation on the left, questions on the right
The explanation on the left page is simple and in bullet points.
The right page has past exam questions in a Q&A format.
I even used it by memorizing 5 units of explanations on the left page during the train ride there, and doing the past questions on the right page on the way back.
Not just for the Real Estate Notary exam,
you remember things related to memorization by encountering them repeatedly.
Rather than trying to memorize something cluttered with all sorts of writing,
it's better to approach it as memorizing a simple, already-completed summary notebook 🙆♀️
3. A physical book (not a smartphone app)
Don't you find yourself doing other things
when you use a smartphone app?
Like messaging friends on LINE or online shopping...
Because it's a book, you can overcome those temptations 🙆🏻♀️️
The reason I didn't introduce this book from the start is that it's a bit difficult for beginners.
It's like a summary notebook, and the explanations of terms are too concise.
But, after you've studied for a month,
by all means, try using this as well!
I highly recommend it ✨
As an aside, I also used this 'Keitai' (Mobile) series when I took the Condominium Management Specialist exam. It worked well for me 💮
