#01 [Creating a Lively and Fun Workplace] ~The Great Strategy for Creating Meetings People Want to Join!~
Hello. I'm Ohagi!
Is your organization falling into a state like this?
I have no opportunity to take an interest in anything outside my own department or assigned tasks... (tears)
With remote work being the norm, it's hard for interaction with other employees or spontaneous communication to occur... (tears)
Even when I call for comments in meetings, it's just ".... (silence)" It's somehow hard to speak up... (tears)
It doesn't feel like anyone is enjoying their work, and motivation, sense of mission, and other passions seem to be hidden away inside, smoldering... (tears)
Actually, this is what I felt during my very first internal meeting after joining the company... (tears) *shock*
As a new employee, I was vaguely thinking, "Is there anything I can do?" using my past experience.
So, in this series, titled [Creating a Lively and Fun Workplace], I would like to record the trajectory until the ideal workplace is created...!
(For those wondering, "Who is 'Ohagi'? How did you start this?", please read this♪)
It's not just about the workers having fun. What is a workplace where people work lively?
Having experienced power harassment from two consecutive bosses with high control-oriented thinking... (tears), I felt deeply the importance of "creating a workplace where people work lively." What is required in the VUCA era, I believe, is a "self-propelling team" where each individual, in an environment with high psychological safety, collaborates and contributes with their peers while maximizing their strengths toward the company's purpose.
What is the method for [Creating a Lively and Fun Workplace]...?
There is a method called the "Motivation! Creation Meeting"!
It is a meeting where you can build a self-propelling organization in 3 months while rotating the success cycle model within the team.
Details are in the leadership textbook within hint Seminar, and it is systematically summarized [when], [what], and [how] to do it.

Creating a "Motivation! Creation Meeting" that people want to join
The agenda for the first Motivation! Creation Meeting looks like this!
*This is also in the hint Seminar Leadership Textbook! (Surprise)

I will arrange it depending on the number of members and the actual state of the team.
Since we are going to the trouble of setting up a meeting space, I prepared it hoping to make the first one something that makes everyone look forward to the next one with excitement.
By the way, the people I chose to participate in the meeting this time are these people!

The points I arranged and devised are...
I made sure to have a proper self-introduction at the beginning to create an opportunity for us to get to know each other first! (After all, we had hardly spoken to each other lol)
I prepared not only essential questions but also 2-3 easy-to-answer questions to lead up to them! (I've planned and operated many training sessions, so I'm good at this!)
From the comments and responses of each participant, I used questions to dig deeper and draw out their underlying potential needs! (Since I have practiced facilitation, I have know-how here too!)
I created the materials with a playful design that makes them fun to participate in! (Enthusiasm is important, and playfulness is also important!)

Finally, the preparations are complete.
Next time, I would like to report on how the first session went!
