I found out about this place on Instagram and went there on my way back from Kyoto.
It's a unique shop where photos of each pastry chef are displayed alongside their cakes.
I felt that they really value the individuality of each person.
Every cake was impressive, and I had a really hard time choosing.

Among them, I bought the snowman cake.
The outside is white chocolate.
When you break it with a fork, the top layer is a rich rare cheesecake mousse.
The bottom layer is a sweet and tart cherry jam and mousse.
It's hard to see in the photo, but underneath that,
there is dark chocolate and nuts.
The bitter finish was lovely.
I was surprised that the cake was unexpectedly large.
