Happy Writing Marathon #27: A Moment When I Felt 'This Is It!' Recently

"Recently, what was a moment when your heart felt 'This is it!'?"

December has arrived, hasn't it?
My recent 'This is it!' moment was when I went to make the Christmas bread, Stollen, the other day.

The teacher was a charming person. It was a class held at her home, a lovely house on the mountainside overlooking the sea.
She is a cooking instructor who has continued to hone her skills by attending top-tier schools and learning from experts, and from my perspective, she lives in an ideal location.
Her husband came to pick me up, guided me carefully, and even stopped by the marina.
I felt that an insatiable curiosity for one's interests, creating an ideal environment, and a heart for hospitality are so important.

When I meet wonderful people or visit such places, my heart feels very fulfilled, and I think, 'This is it!'.

I am grateful to be able to take time like this, and perhaps it is a reward since it is my birthday month...

I entered December with enthusiasm, but my family got sick and I've been flustered. These days, I'm trying to calm my mind.
