At 48, I started a 5 AM morning routine. [The Last Diet of My Life ④]
"I'll wake up at 5 AM tomorrow and go for a walk!"
That's what I decided last night.
But 5 AM.
The moment the alarm went off, I thought,
"What was I thinking yesterday..."
The futon feels so good.
My sleepiness is at its peak.
Even so, I thought, "Since I'm already up, let's try going outside!"
And then...
The air feels wonderful.
There are few cars.
A quiet morning where you can only hear the birds and the frogs 🐸.
"Mornings were this pleasant?"
I felt a small sense of wonder.
"I'll just walk for 10 minutes."
I started walking with that thought, but before I knew it, 30 minutes had passed.
After I finished walking, even though my body was a little tired, my mind felt strangely refreshed.
When I got home, Mustafa laughed and said one thing:
"It's not just because today is Monday, you're going again tomorrow, right?"
Ugh...

It hit the nail on the head so hard I had to laugh (lol).
Actually, I've said "I'll do my best starting Monday!" many times before, only to give up after three days.
That's why this time, instead of aiming for "perfection every day," I want to cherish the feeling of "let's try doing just a little bit again tomorrow."
48 years old.
The last diet of my life isn't just about losing weight.
It's about becoming healthy and living a life where my husband and I can laugh together energetically.
And it's a step toward fulfilling our dream of moving to Turkey together someday.
It's a step toward that.
Today, I only walked for 30 minutes.
But I feel like I've taken a step forward from who I was yesterday.
Will I be able to wake up at 5 AM tomorrow too?
...No, first I'll focus on waking up without turning off the alarm (lol).
Let's keep going, nice and easy, together.
