Change the words you use, change your life

I didn't understand this connection before, but now I can feel it intuitively.

I used positive words in articles I wrote a year ago, but
back then, rather than them coming out naturally, I was mostly telling them to myself.

However, somewhere in my heart, I was able to believe that I could change.
Those words came out for that reason.

Of course, you won't feel the change immediately.
By continuing to do it little by little over time,
it became a natural way of thinking for me, and I feel that my positive words have also started to take on a personality filled with my own colors.
(This is just my own self-assessment)

In other words, the same applies to using negative language.
I used to use it as a matter of course, and it sank my thoughts and mindset even further into a bad place.
It felt like it was etched into my very soul.

What I want to say is that the language you use, your thoughts, and even your way of life (your life) are all linked.
Back when I was in the habit of bullying myself, I didn't even want to change, so naturally, my language just kept going around in the same circles.

For the first few months after starting note, that was my training.
This act of training created nourishment within me, allowing me to engage in creative activities while maintaining purity.

I think it was a precious time that led me to who I am today.

I, who used to think I had an abnormal constitution that caused me to fail in human relationships, am now in stable relationships. Supported by those around me, including various creators, I have built my present with my own strength.

People can change.
I can say for certain that this is a fact.
