鍋の具は
グツグツと煮えていた
まるで
私の気持ちみたいに
キッチンに立って
その様子を眺めていると
心が
自然と落ち着いてきた
底のほうには
大根 コンニャク 玉子
を仕込んである
大根は
そろそろ汁が沁みて
いい具合に
柔らかくなっているかな

まだ大丈夫だ
私は包丁を手に持ち

ちょっと勢いよく切った
すっかり忘れていた
切ったスジ肉を
竹串に刺して
鍋の中に入れる
あとは練りものに
お湯を回しかけて
投入してから
待てばいい
鍋は再び
グツグツし始めた
部屋には
いい匂いが充満している
おでんができる頃には
気持ちも
ホッコリしていた
