Living at Your Own Pace♪
Good morning, everyone.
I am Kira, a therapist and counselor who wants to be a power spot for someone.
I have a question for you right off the bat: "Are you living at your own pace?"
Some of you might think it's impossible to always live at your own pace,
but as you go through life, you will encounter people who move at a different speed than you.
Have you ever felt like, "Wait, what? I can't keep up!"
Whether you feel tired when you're with someone, or feel like your energy is being drained, everyone has their own way of feeling things.
If someone with a lot of ambition and drive is nearby, you might feel like you have to work hard too, and then you might get tired because negative emotions like "Why can't I do this?" start to surface.
Conversely, you might get energy from them and be able to do your best!
I think there are many different types of people (#^^#)
I have had this experience myself: someone who loves work and wants to work hard, and
me, who has a family and wants to balance being a housewife and working without pushing myself too hard.
No matter how you look at it, there is a difference in temperature, right ( ;∀;)
At first, they had such high energy that I thought, "Wow, that's amazing, I'll do my best too," but I gradually realized I couldn't match that and got tired (*´艸`)
From their perspective, they might wonder why I can't try a little harder, but I am doing my best in my own way!
The truth is, I don't want to push myself because if I push any harder, I feel like something will go wrong.
(Understanding your own capacity is also a key point!)
One thing I learned from this experience is"everyone has their own pace."If you understand that, you won't feel fuzzy about the other person, and you'll be able to think that it's also necessary to match the other person a little bit.
In the end, I chose to reduce the time I spend meeting that person.
It's not that we have no contact now, but I am interacting with them while keeping a little distance.
I am grateful to the person who gave me various lessons☆
I think some of you will be interacting with new employees from now on.
I think it will be an exciting spring with many new encounters!
At such times, I think it is important not to force the other person into your own mold.
You have your own pace, and the other person has their own pace.
If you keep that in the back of your mind, I think you can spend your time peacefully!(^^)!
Anyway, please don't blame yourself!
Everyone is different!(^^)!
Let's have a fun day today too♪
Thank you for reading until the end.
