Introduction. Why I created this place.

Welcome to the membership.
First, I want to talk about why I created this place.
For a long time, I had a complex about my thin physique.
I am 180cm tall, but I weigh in the 60kg range.
You're so thin.
Are you eating properly?
They were probably just casual remarks, but every time I heard them, they really stung.
I would laugh it off, but deep down, I was frustrated.
I started working out, and my body began to change little by little.
But then work got busy, and after repeating "I'll skip today," I realized I had stopped going to the gym.
My weight dropped, my daily rhythm fell apart, and I thought, "I'm back to where I started."
At that time, what I regretted most wasn't that my body had gotten smaller.
It was that I had run away from the version of myself I had worked so hard to build.
So, I decided to start over again.
This membership isn't a place I created to teach anyone anything.
It is a place where I, still in the middle of my journey, can document the process of genuinely changing my life.
My goals are simple.
To build a 75kg physique.
To pass the national examination for certified social workers.
And to make this "Weight Gain Design Lab" a place where someone can feel like, "Coming here makes me want to do my best."
Of course, things don't always go well every day.
There are days when I don't gain weight.
There are days when I don't want to go to training.
There are even days when my studies don't progress at all.
But I write down everything, even those days.
Social media tends to showcase only the results, but I believe what's truly important is the mundane daily grind it takes to get there.
Preparing meals.
Heading to the gym even when I'm sleepy.
Sitting at my desk after work is done.
The accumulation of efforts that no one praises is what ultimately changes your life.
That's why here, I will show not just the successes, but also the failures and struggles.
I will leave both the good days and the bad days exactly as they are.
And for everyone who joins me here, I want you to be my peers, not just readers.
Those working hard on muscle training.
Those challenging themselves with certification exams.
Those working hard at their jobs.
Those who want to change something.
Even if our goals are different, I believe the feeling of wanting to surpass who we were yesterday is the same.
When I look back at this first post in a few years,
I'll be able to say, 'I was still nobody back then.'
I want to have grown enough to be able to laugh and talk about it.
I would be happy if you could witness that process with me.
Thank you so much for becoming one of the first members.
Let's build this up together from here.
You can design your weight gain, and your life.
That is what this "Weight Gain Design Lab" is.
