Surpassed 900 followers. Thank you all so much.
Before I knew it, I had surpassed 900 followers.
First of all, to everyone who reads my posts, thank you so much.
Those who hit the like button.
Those who leave comments.
Those who follow me.
Those who come to read my articles almost every day.
Each and every one of you gives me the strength to keep up with my strength training and my note writing.
In this note, I have written about my daily life since restarting strength training almost exactly as it happens.
There are days when I feel great, and days when I have absolutely no motivation.
There are days when I'm happy that my lifting weight has increased, and days when I feel anxious because my body isn't changing as I expected.
Even so,
"How far can I go if I, who used to be skin and bones, seriously change my body?"
I want to find that out for myself, which is why I am still continuing.
I wasn't big from the start.
I'm 180cm tall and weighed in the 60kg range.
I couldn't gain weight easily even when I ate, and I didn't see results immediately even when I worked hard at strength training.
I stepped away from training once, and my weight dropped.
And now, I am starting over again.
That is why what I write in this note is not the polished story of a successful person.
It is a record of someone still on the way to their goal.
I fail.
I take detours.
There are days when I'm tired from work.
There are normal days when I don't want to go to the gym.
Even so, I go to the gym, eat my meals, and face the next day.
I'm just writing about that kind of humble accumulation every day, yet 900 people have followed me.
I am truly happy about this.
I was surprised when I passed 700 followers, but then it went to 800, and now 900.
Every time the number increases,
my desire to "change my body even more" and "write even more useful articles"
also grows stronger.
The next milestone is finally
1,000 followers.
However, I don't intend to chase just the number of followers.
What I want to achieve most is
"to be in a state where I can say, 'If you read this note from the beginning, your body really got bigger.'"
to reach that point.
75kg.
And beyond that.
I will leave everything here: the process of my body changing, my meals, my training, and my failures.
If there is anyone out there who feels the same way,
"I want to build a bigger body," "I want to graduate from being skinny," or "I want to work hard at something once more,"
then let's keep going together.
I am still in the middle of the journey myself.
That is exactly why I will continue to write about the real process.
Once again,
thank you so much for 900 followers.
Next stop, 1000.
And aiming for a body weight of 75kg.
We're just getting started.
