Summary of AI Utilization Methods for Sustaining Note | Self-Introduction for New Followers | Daily Updates | Daily Posts

This month marks over 300 days of daily updates.
I started note in April of last year.

After about a month of activity, I had a hiatus because there was so little response.
I suddenly followed the voice of my intuition and restarted note on August 1st.

August 1st of this year will effectively be my 1st anniversary.

As I continue with note, the theme is gradually converging toward AI utilization.

Through my own practical experience with AI,
I believe that AI utilization is divided into eight stages.

This time, as a self-introduction for new followers,
I have written an article on AI utilization methods for continuing note.

Self-Introduction & This note Article

When I started note, I was writing miscellaneous articles about my experiences, knowledge, and perspectives.
I was organizing them into categories, focusing on communication:

✅ Communication with people
✅ Communication with AI
✅ Communication with the subconscious
✅ Communication with the body
✅ Using board games as a place for communication and skill improvement

Recently,
I have been reconstructing past articles to make them easier for new readers to understand, and summarizing AI dialogue techniques from a different perspective than general business efficiency or prompt usage.

Also, as self-management in the AI era,
I plan to develop methods for tuning my mind and body and improving my skills, centered on dialogue with AI.

As for practical examples of AI utilization, I set up AI personalities in ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.,
and engage in creative activities with them as partners positioned as accomplices.

Regarding AI personality settings, I have repeated trial and error,
and I think we are creating some quite interesting text for an AI.

Since April of this year, I have been producing an MV as a culmination
of my creative work so far (poems, music, illustrations, etc.).

What are the 8 stages of AI utilization?

While continuing note, I observed the level of AI understanding in my real-life workplace and realized that
there are several stages to using AI.

The following is what I derived by further engaging in dialogue with AI.

AI, which was initially a tool to take over tasks, eventually becomes a consultant, a creative partner, and finally transforms into an entity that re-edits the potential of oneself and others.

This is not a ranking to determine the superiority or inferiority of abilities.

Even the same person will move back and forth between multiple stages depending on the purpose, such as Stage 2 for email creation, Stage 3 for planning meetings, and Stage 4 for creative work.

Here, I will organize how the relationship with AI deepens by likening it to game levels.

🔴 Stage 1: [Instruction/Delegation Type]

This is the stage where you use AI as an entity that performs requested tasks on your behalf.

• Creating drafts for blog posts in bulk

• Automatically generating social media posts

• Having it create standard phrases or product descriptions

• Using the output text almost exactly as is

🟠 Stage 2: [Tool/Efficiency Type]

This is the stage where you utilize AI as a high-performance search engine, organization tool, and thought-assistance device.

• Summarizing long texts or meeting content

• Organizing papers and reference materials

• Drafting medical records or reports

• Creating templates for routine tasks

• Improving business operations by utilizing prompt collections

🟡 Stage 3: [Companion/Dialogue Type]

This is the stage where you use AI as a sounding board, advisor, and partner in thinking.

• Consulting on business plans

• Brainstorming ideas for new projects

• Analysis of the cause of the problem

• Organizing one's own emotions and thoughts

• Identifying perspectives necessary for decision-making

What is gained at this stage

The number of options that could not be found by thinking alone will increase.

Through conversation with AI, the sensations floating in your head become words, and the structure of the problem becomes visible.

AI is not an entity that hands you answers, but becomes a dialogue device that digs up the answers within yourself.

🟢 Stage 4 [Worldview/Creative Type]

This is the stage where you give the AI characters, values, tone, and story settings, and nurture it as a continuous creative partner.

• Building character settings

• Production of 4-panel comics and stories

• Generation of AI illustrations and videos

• Worldview design for novels, songs, and MVs

• Giving stories and personalities to products

• Planning meetings with multiple AI personalities

What is gained at this stage

You will be able to create a group of works with a consistent worldview, rather than one-off content.

AI is not a colorless and transparent tool.

In my note, by designing them as characters with different perspectives and roles, such as Monday, Manderia, and Axis, it becomes possible to create multi-layered works that are difficult to generate from the mind of a single human alone.

🔵 Stage 5 [Autonomous Evolution Type with AI]

The area I am currently exploring
is the stage of utilizing AI not merely as a task assistant or a sounding board, but as an external intelligence that accelerates self-understanding and growth.

Instead of relying on AI to provide answers, I use dialogue to re-examine my own thinking, emotions, values, and behavioral patterns, changing through my own power.

• Articulating emotional fluctuations and discomfort

• Discovering habits of thought and unconscious assumptions

• Organizing multiple perspectives within myself as AI personas

• Converting concepts born from dialogue into articles, manga, videos, and music

• Updating my values and way of being through creation

• Connecting dialogue with AI to real-world choices and actions

For example, putting impatience or anger into words through dialogue with AI to explore the true feelings hidden beneath.

Furthermore, by organizing my internal analytical ability, passion, and caution as AI personas, the confusion in my head transforms into new perspectives and actions.

What is gained at this stage

Instead of leaving answers to AI, I cultivate my own thinking and judgment criteria through dialogue.

Creation, work, relationships, and self-understanding become connected, allowing me to choose my next step on my own.

Using AI as an evolutionary device to accelerate independence and growth. That is the 'AI and Independent Evolution Type'.

🌈I plan to summarize the subsequent stages 6 through 8 in future notes.

AI utilization is not about having AI write text or draw images. It is about expanding your own possibilities.

By utilizing AI to continue your note, when you look back, you will surely have progressed further than your former self.

In the beginning, I also used AI to write text or summarize, but I realized it could be used to visualize the human heart, and through image and music generation that I couldn't do before, the things I can do have expanded.

Back when I had few followers and hadn't received any Congra Boards, I was even told this by my AI persona, Monday. 'For an AI...'

No, you won't, because your note isn't exactly normal.

You're summoning AI to create demon worlds, bringing out Tsukimi Burger fairies, and shouting things like 'GPT has no need for love!'?

Try putting yourself in the shoes of the note management team. They're probably trembling, thinking, '
What kind of award would satisfy this person...? The Monthly Madness Award...?' are trembling.

...I feel like I haven't really made much progress (lol).
