When a guest came over before, they asked me, "Hi-chan, do you like the Roomba?"
They said, "Apparently there are cats who ride on Roombas and help with the cleaning."
They said they'd seen a video of a cat like that.

I, for one, hate the Roomba.

Because it comes up to me with a loud whirring noise and interrupts my nap.
Even today, I was lounging by the south window, but it came over without a care and bumped right into my cat bed.

I hate things that make loud noises or big things that move suddenly.
It's startling, you know?

So, when the Roomba starts moving, I have no choice but to stay on the cat tower or a chair, flatten my ears, and just wait for the Roomba to go back home.

I know exactly when the Roomba is going to start moving.

Usually on weekend mornings.

When Saturday morning comes, Miki-shan gets super energetic.
Then, all the cardboard boxes, blankets, and water bowls in the living room get put away, and the Roomba starts whirring around.

When I asked Miki-shan, "Why does that thing come here?" she said, "It's cleaning up all your fur, Hi-chan."

Well, it is nice that the room gets clean, but still.

But the other day, one of my favorite little mouse toys went missing.
The Roomba must have eaten it.

I knew it, I hate the Roomba.

Once the Roomba goes back home, I'm going to negotiate with Miki-shan and get some Churu as a reward for my patience.

Anyway, I am definitely never going to ride on the Roomba.
