207 days ago, my words were stagnant in a dark room.
Now, through a "dialogue" with AI, they have changed shape, gained warmth, and are beginning to reach someone beyond the screen.
This piece is my own transformation and the beginning of a chain that leads to you.
■ What I poured into this piece
On the left is the past me.
Looking at a smartphone in a dark room.
Even though I'm looking something up, nothing is moving forward.

👉 I don't know what to do to change things
👉 Even though I'm thinking, it doesn't turn into words
I feel like I'm moving,
but it's the feeling that nothing is moving.

Thinking in the same way.
But, one thing is different.

is turning into words just as it is.

This work is not just a "Before → After."
The self on the left and the self on the right.
Between them, there is an invisible "flow."

This piece doesn't end there.

■ The trigger was "how to use it"
At first, I used AI
👉 As a search engine
Get an answer and be done with it.
That's all.
But at some point, I changed.
👉 I started using it to have a dialogue
・Write down my current worries as they are
・Throw them in without organizing them
・Rethink based on the words that come back
As I repeated this,
👉 My head started to get organized
👉 I started to be able to express words

When I became able to express words,
👉 My output changed
👉 My interactions with people changed
👉 How I see myself changed
Above all,
👉 The "feeling of being stuck" disappeared

What changed me was words.
But—

Someone reacts to the words you put out.
That person then puts out their own words.

Before I knew it, it wasn't
