Start with your smartphone! Why not focus on periodically "letting go"? [A note that's a bit longer than a short]
For the past few days, I haven't been able to take enough time for myself, and my emotional control has been unstable. I am aware of it.
Each individual appointment is important. I've accepted that this is just how things are right now.
Besides, it's precisely because of times like these that I had an idea!
"To clear my head, let's organize the inside of my smartphone!"
When I opened a certain app today, my eyes were drawn to a change that was called a renewal but felt like a downgrade.
I rarely use that word, but... this time I couldn't think of it as anything else (bitter laugh), so I used this as an opportunity to cancel my membership and delete the app.
When I did that,I felt refreshed. ☺️
For example, suppose you have the following on your smartphone:
・Apps you rarely use (in a folder)
・Newsletters you don't read but keep receiving
・Mysterious screenshots (in large quantities)
Usually, it's fine if they don't bother you, but when you're feeling a bit down, why nottake the plunge and let them go?
Just by having one familiar app gone, the impression of your screen can change completely. It's as refreshing as redecorating. ✨
Here is another suggestion.
If you registered as a member within the app, I recommend "canceling your membership" before deleting it!
This is also quite satisfying.
It's on the level of a little stress relief.😊
Erasing all traces of yourself and saying goodbye.
Then, strangely enough, "new things" become easier to let in.
And of course, those will bethings that are right for you now!
In the space where the deleted app was, a newcomer has already appeared.
This one is a practical app, and I think I'll be using it for a while. 🥳
