Anyone Can Pass! Building and Operating a Learning Management System
Introduction
Target Audience for This Article
Hello everyone. I am Yuma.
This series of articles was compiled after I passed the Certified Public Accountant examination in 2022 (Reiwa 4).
While the age of successful candidates for the CPA exam is getting younger, I studied while working as a professional. Furthermore, through my professional experience, I have taken various qualification exams such as the Small and Medium Enterprise Management Consultant. Given this background, the study methods summarized here will be suitable for working students who need to prioritize efficiency due to limited time. Also, since I will describe them with a certain degree of abstraction, I believe there will be parts that are useful for students taking qualification exams other than the CPA.
Conversely, there is almost no description of content specific to each subject, what characteristics subjects have, or what kind of lectures one should take. Also, I do not distinguish between the short-answer test and the essay test. For those points, I recommend referring to the exam experience reports of other successful candidates.
Assuming that this series of articles was written in 2022 (in November), reskilling is required for working professionals' learning, and time performance is sought, but a lifetime of building a system that seems capable of continuing study will also be important. I intend for this to be something that supports the learning of such learners.
Table of Contents
Immediately after starting to write, it was predicted that this article would become a major work. Therefore (?), there is a risk that it will fail midway, but at the current point in time, I am thinking of the following content.

In Chapter 1, I will identify ideal learning management methods and point out situations where their realization is difficult. In Chapter 2, based on that, I will describe the learning management process and the system used there (software called Anki). This is the main chapter so far.
From Chapter 3 onwards, I will introduce individual topics. Chapter 3 introduces a method to increase motivation by instantly visualizing learning status using Anki and Excel's Power Query feature. Chapter 4 explores tips for creating your own "summary tables." Chapter 5 confirms the utility of mnemonics. Chapter 6 explores the possibilities of UML as a thinking tool when answering problems.
Supplementary Note on the Title
Please read the "合格る!" in the title as "ukaru" (to pass).
Also, while "Learning Management System" generally refers to an e-learning system, here it is used in a broader sense to mean the process for managing daily learning.
Furthermore, I am imagining a life-span learning management system.
