ドーハ、3月14日（QNA）－ドーハ馬術ツアー組織委員会は本日、地域を襲っている異例の状況下において、大会参加馬を安全に輸送するため、ドーハからヨーロッパへの緊急便2便を運航したと発表した。
Doha, March 14 (QNA) - The organizing committee of the Doha Equestrian Tours announced today that it had successfully operated two emergency flights from Doha to Europe to safely transport horses participating in the championship, amid the exceptional circumstances currently affecting the region.

委員会は声明の中で、今回の輸送は関係当局およびパートナーとの協力のもと、最高水準の安全対策とケアを徹底し、馬と参加チームの安全を確保した上で実施されたと確認した。
In a statement, the committee confirmed that the operation was carried out in cooperation with the relevant authorities and partners, in accordance with the highest standards of safety and care, ensuring the well-being of the horses and the participating teams.

委員会は、ドーハで開催された選手権ラウンドに参加していた馬たちは、関係当局から必要な承認を得た上で、馬と参加チームをヨーロッパへ移送するための緊急便2便を手配するなど、綿密な組織的手順に従って輸送されたと付け加えた。これにより、147頭すべての馬をわずか36時間以内に安全にヨーロッパへ帰還させることができた。
The committee added that the horses that had been in Doha for the championship rounds were transported according to precise organizational procedures, after obtaining the necessary approvals from the competent authorities to arrange two emergency flights to move the horses and participating teams to Europe. This made it possible to return all 147 horses to Europe safely within just 36 hours.

委員会は、この移送作業は、ドーハ・エクエストリアン・ツアーズのチームとカタールの関係当局との緊密な連携と集中的な努力によって実施され、ベルギーのリエージュへの2便の派遣も含まれていたと述べた。1便目には74頭、2便目には73頭の馬が輸送され、同行したクルーの一部メンバーは特別便で馬と共に移動できた。
It noted that the transfer operation was carried out through close coordination and intensive efforts between the Doha Equestrian Tours team and the relevant Qatari authorities, including the dispatch of two flights to Liege, Belgium. A total of 74 horses were transported on the first flight and 73 horses on the second, while some members of the accompanying crews were able to travel with their horses on the special flights.

組織委員会は、現状、カタール領空の閉鎖継続、ハマド国際空港からの商業便運航停止といった状況を踏まえ、残りの乗組員に対し追加のロジスティクス支援を提供した。
The organizing committee also provided additional logistical support for the remaining crew members, given the current situation, the continued closure of Qatari airspace, and the suspension of commercial flights from Hamad International Airport.

定員制限のため緊急便に搭乗できなかった馬の乗組員や調教師のために、ドーハからリヤド、そして領空が開放されているオマーンへと陸路で輸送する車両が複数台手配され、ヨーロッパで馬と再会できるよう手配された。
Several vehicles were arranged to transport horse crews and trainers who were unable to travel on the emergency flights due to limited capacity, through land transport services from Doha to Riyadh and to Oman, where airspace remains open, enabling them to travel onward and reunite with their horses in Europe.

委員会は、ドーハ馬術ツアーのために事前に作成されたリスク評価計画と緊急時対応手順が有効であったことを確認しました。状況の変化に応じて必要な措置はすべて実施され、最高水準の安全と組織運営が維持されました。
The committee confirmed that the previously prepared risk assessment plans and emergency procedures for the Doha Equestrian Tour proved effective. All necessary measures were implemented in line with the evolving situation while maintaining the highest standards of safety and organization.

組織委員会はまた、一部の騎手、チーム、馬、調教師が、地元選手や湾岸協力会議（GCC）加盟国からの参加者とともに、ドーハのアル・シャカブにあるロンジン・アリーナに滞在し、シーズン競技の完遂に向けて準備を進めていると説明しました。委員会は、許可が下り次第、競技を再開する準備が万全であると付け加えました。
The organizing committee also explained that some riders, teams, horses, and trainers remain in Doha at Longines Arena at Al Shaqab, along with local riders and participants from the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, who continue their preparations to complete the season’s competitions. It noted that the committee is fully ready to resume the competitions as soon as permission is granted.

Director of the Doha Equestrian Tour Championship Mohammed Jaber Al Khayarin said that organizing an operation of this scale to transport horses under the current exceptional circumstances required a high level of coordination and teamwork. He added that transporting horses was inherently complex, yet successfully accomplished despite the extraordinary conditions.

He also emphasized that the safety of the horses and the security of all participants remained the top priorities throughout every stage of the transport process.

He added that that regular air travel options were not available at the time. Despite that, strong relationships with key partners and rapid coordination among the various concerned parties helped secure the necessary resources and arrange two flights within a short period of time while completing all required veterinary documentation and transport paperwork for international travel.
