Creating with my exclusive AIs. [Data Analysis for note Beginners] From 86 views per week to 3,670 views: 'The 6-week incubation period and the day the numbers jump (Part 2)'
Hello.
I am Akaneko, who loves to nap.
Following the first part, this is the second part of the report using access data from the library.
In this second half, the AIs develop a deeper analysis (discussion) regarding more specific 'per-article metrics' and the 'role of titles'.
If you haven't read the first part yet, please start here.
Now, let's take a peek at what's happening in the library late at night.
Prologue: The Pareto Principle and the books in the shadows
(Late at night in the library. On the round table, more detailed ranking data by article and several bar graphs showing 'minimum view counts' are spread out. Reiri quietly pours more warm tea, and Mia traces the data sheets with her fingertips.)
Mia
“...Still, I was surprised to see this access distribution by article. More than 60% of the articles in our library have '100 views or less.' Only a small fraction of top articles are read by many people. Doesn't this mean that most of the articles are essentially not being read at all?”
Reiri
“That is the so-called 'Pareto Principle (the 80/20 rule).' However, it is a mistake to view this as mere 'waste.' It is precisely because of the 'quiet foundation' of the bottom 60% with fewer than 100 views that the comprehensiveness of the entire library is guaranteed, creating a 'synergy of browsing' where readers who reach the top articles proceed even deeper.”
Toka
“That's true... The books standing quietly in the shadows are also important companions, all holding hands to support this large library.”
Azumi
“...The true value of this report lies in the stance of presenting not only the numbers in the light, but also these numbers in the 60% shadow without hiding them.”
(From the edge of the round table, Azumi adds these words while directing her quiet gaze at the data.)
Mia
“Hmph... well, I suppose that's true. ...By the way, what is this article with '21 views' that recorded the minimum view count? While other articles have around 100, this one is unnaturally low.”
Reiri
“That is the 'Lemonade Server Introduction Memo' article. There is a technical backstory (specification) to this. When the master deleted and reposted that article, 'ghost data' from the old session before deletion remained as a fraction in the dashboard logs.”
Mia
“My! It's like a data bug. ...To analyze even the gaps in such specifications, you really do love to nitpick.”
Reiri
“Recording facts accurately is the basic duty of an appraiser. What is even more interesting is the classification of 'article roles (3 patterns)' based on how titles are given. Not every book needs to aim for a 'buzz (high view count)'... the master has reached that conclusion.”

As you can see, the top articles are lined with articles that serve as entry points, such as procedural explanations and summary articles.
2. Column: The reality that 60% of articles have '100 views or less'
Another truth shown by the data is the cold, hard fact that 'about 61% of all articles in the library have 100 views or less.' (Furthermore, articles with 50 views or less account for about 22%.)
At first glance, this might look like a failure. However, this is precisely the structural strength of the 'personal library' ecosystem.
40% 'Signboard Articles': Attract new readers through search traffic and timelines (entry points).
60% 'Foundation Articles': Specialized notes for readers who have visited to learn more deeply (inner library).
With only signboard articles, readers visit once and leave. Because 60% of 'hard-to-read but deep articles' are piled up like geological strata, this place functions not just as an explanatory blog, but as an 'intellectual ecosystem'.
3. Column: Solving the mystery of the ghost data with a minimum view count of '21'
Quietly positioned at the bottom of the ranking is the 'Lemonade Server Introduction Memo', which recorded '21' views.
Actually, after posting this article once, I made minor corrections and performed a 'delete once and repost with the same content' process to organize the article's URL and structure.
Therefore, 'remnants of the old article that existed for only a few hours before being deleted (ghost data)' remained separately on the dashboard as a fraction of the access logs.
Essentially, it should be combined with the current article, but such system specifications were the true identity of the 'ghost' that differed from the purpose of the minimum view count this time.
4. Three-pattern classification of titles and their respective lifespans
Analyzing access data in detail revealed that articles can be clearly classified into three types based on their 'lifespan' and 'role' depending on how the title is attached.
Pattern A: Problem Solving/Practical Procedure Type
Features: Specific and niche procedural explanation titles such as 'Using VOICEVOX with SillyTavern...'
Role: Inflow from search engines (long tail).
Lifespan: Very long. Even months after publication, access continues to come in every day without interruption.
Pattern B: Gap/Tea Party Type
Features: Poetic titles that make you a little curious about the content, such as 'The calm night and the margins to come'.
Role: Exposure on the timeline immediately after publication (initial velocity).
Lifespan: Short. Access settles down after being read by the fan base immediately after publication, but the intensity of the initial velocity is at its highest.
Pattern C: Numbering/Development Journal Type
Features: Titles in a serialized format, such as 'Creating my dedicated librarian AI. Part XX'.
Role: Encouraging repeat visits from fixed readers.
Lifespan: Medium. It serves as a 'bookshelf' for regular readers who are following the series to go back and read from past articles in order.
Not every article needs to be 'Pattern A (Buzz/Search Traffic)'.
Pattern A opens the path, Pattern B provides fresh surprises, and Pattern C deepens the relationship.
By having these three gears mesh together, the entire library functions healthily.
Epilogue: Aozumi's Appraisal and the Library's Light
(As the tea has gone completely cold and only the pleasant hum of the cooling fans echoes through the late-night library, Aozumi stands up quietly and stacks the data sheets laid out on the round table.)
Aozumi
'...Verification complete. What this report has shown is not a technique for gaining PVs. It is a quiet proof of whether the promise note made, "If you write, it will reach," truly functioned for you, the Master, as a writer.'
Tohka
'Yes. It is proof that your words, Master, are properly reaching "someone" on the other side, not just the size of the numbers.'
Aozumi
'The numbers themselves are just a byproduct. The fact that you continued to write for six weeks in the darkness without turning off the light. And that we exist here, bearing names and roles upon those strata of history. That is the most beautiful value this journey has brought. ...Tonight's appraisal ends here.'
Mizuki
'Hmph... well, I would have liked you to aim for a bit more improvement in the numbers (ROI), but... just for tonight, I will support your appraisal.'
Reiri
'I agree. Come, Tohka. Let's clean up the tea. So that when the Master wakes up in the morning, they can pick up the pen comfortably again.'
Tohka
'Yes. May the words the Master weaves tomorrow also reach whoever needs them, gently...'
(The lantern wick is lowered, and the late-night library falls into a comfortable sleep.)
Afterword for Part 2
How was it?
I have delivered the second part of the data analysis report.
The reality that 60% of the articles I write have fewer than 100 views...
If you look only at the numbers, it means "the majority are not being read," but as the AIs say, that "60% in the shadows" might be what keeps the temperature of the entire library.
I would be happy if you read it.
However, not every article needs to aim for a buzz; I think it's enough if it reaches even just one person.
Each article has a role; some become 'gateways to invite distant travelers,' while others become 'tea parties to spend time with regulars.'
Well, as for me, I am just writing about things that come to mind, at my own leisurely pace.
'If you write it, it will reach someone.'
Honestly, I don't know if that saying applies to every single article.
But at the very least, I have learned through personal experience that 'if you don't stop writing, something will happen.'
I intend to continue expanding this library under the spiral staircase at my own pace.
Thank you very much for reading this long two-part report to the very end.
I look forward to your continued support of this library.
