Bob 1-9: Condition is 'Super Good!'

The ambulance captain's loud declaration left the hospital staff stunned.
What awaited the clumsy hero, now sporting a buzz cut, was the ultimate reward.
The teasing of his friends, and his beloved girlfriend.


When the ambulance hatch opened, the captain emerged with a beaming smile.

The two crew members were also smiling, and the patient and the woman accompanying her emerged laughing happily as well.

The hospital staff were stunned by the sight, but...
Doctor: "Captain, you reported a sudden change in condition due to a spike in blood pressure..."

Captain: "Blood pressure is normal, the condition is super good!"
Doctor: "Huh?"


Bob, having finished his treatment, is in his hospital room. Bob's head had been shaved for the treatment.
Amu-chan: "Bob-san... well, it actually suits you quite well."
As Amu-chan said this shyly, Bob rubbed his short hair, looking embarrassed.

Then, Yota, Kanon, Like, and Elle burst in noisily.
Yota: (As soon as he opens the door) "Bob, congratulations!"

Bob: "Hey, I'm an injured man! What do you mean, congratulations?!"
The four of them smirked, then, at Kanon's cue, applauded loudly. The two prefectural officials present joined in the applause.

Kanon: "Bob, Amu-chan, congratulations on becoming a couple!"
Bob: (Blushing) "Wh-what?! Who, who told you?!"

Kanon: "The nurse at the nurse station told us everything, lol."
Bob: "Everything..."

Kanon: "Everything. From the sudden change in condition and flushed face to the confession of love, everything!"
Bob: (Inner voice: That ambulance captain!)

Bob: "Fine! You don't have to say any more. Well, let me introduce her again. This is 'my girlfriend,' Chiju Amu-chan."

Like & Yota & Kanon & Elle: "Ooh-ooh!"
Bob: "Stop saying 'ooh-ooh'!"

Everyone: "Hahaha!"

The four: (Inner voice: Amu-chan is already a wonderful girlfriend to Bob.)

She adjusts her bangs.

A vow to himself that he would tell no one. The relief of having fulfilled it was now spreading slowly through his chest.

Kanon: "But thanks to that, Amu-chan's love also exploded, right? Lol."

She taps Bob's shoulder repeatedly.

Kanon: "I told you earlier, I heard everything! Hahaha!"
Amu-chan's cheeks turn red in an instant.

Kanon: "Sudden change in condition!"

Everyone: "Hahaha!"

She covers both cheeks with her hands and turns even redder.

Bob: "That's right! Stop the teasing already."

Yota, Like, and Elle nod vigorously. The sunset streaming through the window gently illuminates Bob's blue-shaved head and Amu-chan's bright red cheeks.
