Actually, right now, Ladybird is looking for new team members to work with!
Some of you may have already seen our recruitment page, but I thought I would take this opportunity to share the charm of Ladybird as I personally feel it. I would be very happy if reading this article makes you think, "I'd like to work here!" or "This seems like a good company."
So, I will introduce two things I love about Ladybird.
Thing I love #1: Unique and wonderful members
The biggest appeal of Ladybird is, without a doubt, " the people.
The members have truly diverse backgrounds; while many seem to have gained experience in the beauty industry, such as at beauty manufacturers, beauty dealers, or esthetic salons, there are also those who have changed careers from different industries.
Furthermore, we have moms and dads on the team, and there is a very deep understanding of work-life balance. I often talk to the members about parenting myself.
For example...
The go-to person for professional hair removal machines! Our number one salesperson. If you consult with this person, any question can be solved! (Personally, I find it funny that they are sometimes mistaken for the president! Haha)
The instructor everyone trusts, saying if it's about beauty, you can't go wrong asking this person! (Just talking to them is a learning experience for me.)
The key person supporting the company who perfectly handles everything from contracts to ordering and sales support! (I can safely say the company wouldn't run without this person.)
You can rest easy leaving machine troubles to these people! The guardian deities of the factory! (It is thanks to them that products arrive smoothly and that our products are loved for a long time.) Seeing them handle machine troubles on-site is truly professional. Because we have people we can rely on when we are in trouble, we can move forward with peace of mind.
And so on... I've only introduced a small part, but there are many other attractive members! Because of these members, the distance to the president is short, and a transparent environment is realized. As a result, the turnover rate is very low. I am proud to be able to work with these members!
Thing I love #2: Basically positive thinking!
Another charm of Ladybird is our positive corporate culture.
Negative remarks or negative thinking... honestly, I barely have any memory of hearing them.
We always face our customers sincerely, and our ability to read the room is amazing!
First, we listen carefully to what customers and members have to say
We sense what the other person wants to talk about and naturally expand the conversation
It sounds easy but is actually quite difficult... Even just watching how we handle customer service at exhibitions is a real learning experience. Because of this atmosphere, every day is positive, and I can feel that work is fun.
/ We all overcome exhibitions through trial and error! Haha /
Why are we looking for new team members now?
Ladybird is currently in the midst of business expansion. The beauty industry changes rapidly, and there are many companies that do not last long, but we have a stable management foundation as a member of the Serendip Group (listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Growth Market).
