Happiness comes when you stop thinking.
*...*...*...*...*
Whether you become happy or not is up to you.
Your level of happiness is entirely up to you.
・*...*...*...*...*・
Whether you can notice
the happiness that has arrived, or not,
that is the only difference.
The ship of happiness comes right in front of you,
and some people hop on it most easily.
Some people unconsciously let the ship of happiness pass by again and again.
Whether you board the ship of happiness or not is up to you.
The ship of happiness is free to board,
and there are no limits on the number of people or the number of times.
Is there really a choice
not to board such a lucky vessel?
If you are choosing not to board,
it might be because of the "thoughts"
you have created in your own head.
The assumptions and self-imposed rules
created in your head
hinder you from boarding the ship of happiness.
Before you can feel,
"Ah, I'm happy,"
you let your thoughts wander,
thinking "Maybe not," "Maybe it's impossible," "Maybe it's no good,"
and you say goodbye to the ship of happiness.
Thinking "this isn't it" or "that isn't it,"
you measure the size of the things that come before you,
scrutinizing everything,
and your "thoughts" leave no room to "feel."
Because you are hindered by "thoughts"
and have no room to "feel,"
you don't even notice
that the ship of happiness is right in front of you.
In this way,
you always miss the ship of happiness.
The thing that was refusing your boarding
of the free, unlimited ship of happiness
was the "thought" you created in your own head.
Those "thoughts" were always locking away your senses
so that you wouldn't "feel."
Rather than thinking about this and that
to try and grab one piece of happiness,
if you stop thinking and try feeling,
you can receive infinite happiness.
Happiness is not something to "think" about, but something to "feel."
As long as you are thinking in your head "I want to be happy,"
it will be difficult
to ever feel happy.
When the sun appears,
whether you feel happy or let it pass by without feeling anything,
that is up to you.
There is no right or wrong,
but since there is no limit to feeling
and it doesn't cost any money,
feeling might be a little more advantageous.
Rather than searching around for something,
saying "it's not here, it's not here,"
being able to notice what is right in front of you,
saying "there it is, there it is,"
can make you feel like you've gained a little something.
The only one who can fulfill you
might be yourself.
"Happiness" comes to everyone in the same amount.
Whether you can notice it or not,
that is all there is to it.
Whether you become happy or not is up to you.
Your level of happiness is entirely up to you.
I write about realizations and experiences in daily life as text that touches upon the senses.
I put the atmosphere and physical sensations of those moments into words, delivering them as alive as possible.
"Every time I read this, my senses are gently recalled little by little."
I hope to be a place like that.
