The story of how just writing expanded my world! The first step to a side hustle wasn't a special skill, but sharing my feelings.
Today, I'm going to write, albeit roughly, about how writing became the gateway to my side hustle.
This is something I've wanted to write about for a long time.
I especially want to share this with busy moms who are raising children and have many worries.
I would be happy if I could convey that note is a platform with incredible potential for busy moms raising children!
I felt frustrated with myself as the days just seemed to pass by.
Days spent chasing after childcare and work. From morning until night, I was rushing around, and I didn't have even a millimeter of time for myself.
“Is it okay to stay like this?” “I want to start something, but I don't know where to begin.” While thinking things like that, I was honestly frustrated with the days where I was just getting by, and that was when I started writing.
I didn't start with note, but with a blog✍️
Actually, what I started with first was not {note, but a WordPress blog. The themes were the content of the work I used to do and things I felt on a daily basis. It wasn't anything professional; I was just summarizing 'things I knew' or writing whatever I liked about what I felt each day.
However, as I continued to write, the number of people reading it gradually increased, and I received comments, or even messages from companies asking, 'Would you like to introduce this product?'
Before I knew it, {'writing a blog' had become the gateway to a side hustle for me✨
note is more casual and fun💡
My gateway to writing was a WordPress blog, but recently, I feel that {note is easier to continue and more fun than a blog.
The reasons are:
✅ No difficult settings or design required, you can start writing immediately
✅ You can write casually like a diary
✅ The distance to readers is close, making it easy to communicate
✅ It's easy to gain 'empathy' even with just daily life or worries
✅ Just by writing, your followers increase, and it can lead to opportunities
note doesn't have to be a 'perfect article'.
Real voices and feelings are what move people's hearts.
By writing, you can reclaim yourself🌱
When you write your feelings honestly on a blog, strangely enough, your heart feels refreshed.
"This is what I was thinking."
"My experience might be useful to someone."
By doing that, it also becomes an opportunity to re-examine yourself.
For me, caught between raising children and working, and feeling like I was losing myself,
the time spent writing a blog became "time to reclaim myself" and a side hustle that provided a source of income separate from my job.
One last thing I want to share💌
If you are currently thinking,
"I'm interested in a side hustle, but I don't have the time or skills, so it might be impossible," please try writing a note first.
Even just a few lines is fine.
Not for someone else, but for yourself.
From there, you will surely see "future possibilities" little by little.
Writing is the first step to expanding your world.
And that step is much lighter and more fun than you think.
