I am Ryoyan from Co-Education LIBRARY, a former teacher.

The note "Co-Education LIBRARY" that I manage is

It is operated under this concept.

Sharing each other's wisdom, joining hands with diverse creators, and growing together with everyone.

With the desire to make it a place like that,
I decided to start it on December 1, 2023.

The magazine is, of course, free.

It is a magazine where people with the same aspirations,
people with unique sensibilities,
people who want to grow on note,
and people who like reading diverse articles gather.

📕 What is a co-managed magazine?

Simply put,
it is like a group where members can view each other's articles,
and support each other by giving likes and comments.

Connect with new creators,

be encouraged by seeing peers working hard in similar circumstances,

and see your own articles' "likes" and "view counts" increase.

For those who
want more people to read their articles on note, this is the perfect place.

On your own,

even if you post articles with the hope that
as many people as possible will see them,

with so many creators out there,
your articles will inevitably get buried.

However, if you post your articles to this jointly operated magazine,

Ryoyan also feels that
since joining this jointly operated magazine,
his note operations have really taken off.

I see it as exactly that kind of presence.

📗 Why did I start a jointly operated magazine?

I
started note on August 20, 2023.

When I first started,
even if I wrote articles,
I couldn't get much of a reaction.

“Could it be that there is no need for the content I'm writing...?”

I remember feeling discouraged by that.

However,
by belonging to a community
called a jointly operated magazine, my connections grew,
and awareness of my articles spread.

The reason for starting Kyoiku LIBRARY × Jointly Operated Magazine.

Broadly speaking, there are two reasons.

The first is,

the intention to have the articles of those participating in the magazine
read by even more people.

Because I was able to grow note through the existence of the collaborative magazine and
various thoughtful creators,
I started this with the desire to give back in some way.

The second is,

that in order to spread "human diversity" throughout the world through Kyoiku LIBRARY,
we need companions who are full of diversity

is what it means.

I feel that a diverse future exists beyond
the goals each person wants to achieve and
the desires they want to fulfill.

📘Participation Requirements

The participation requirements are for those who have the following thoughts.

I want to do what I can for a better future.
I want society to be one where diversity is accepted.
I want to interact with people who have various sensibilities.
I want to grow on note.
I want reliable companions.
I want to read articles by many people.

Of course, you don't have to fit all of them.

Even one is fine, and

it is also okay if you just think, "Maybe this applies to me?"

However, there is a mindset I would like you to value when joining this magazine.

That is,

not to deny people's thoughts, opinions, or existence.

By accepting people with all kinds of sensibilities and not denying them,
a good community will be formed.

📙 How to join and requests

To join,

just write in the comment section of this article
that you would like to participate.

After that, I, Ryoyan,
will send you an invitation email. (Manual)

Once you approve it,
you should be able to join.

*If your creator name is simple,
there are many people with the same creator name.
In that case, I might not be able to find you,
so please provide your ID as well.

*If you have not set up email notifications on note,
you will not receive the invitation email.
Please confirm that you have finished the settings
before applying to join.

Due to the functionality of the note app,
a bug screen may appear,
but often you will be able to join once you open the note home screen.

"Account" -> "Magazine List" -> "Collaborative Management"

If this collaborative magazine
has been newly added there,
it means you have joined.

If for some reason
you are unable to receive the invitation email,

please let me know in the comments of this article again.

In addition, I have three requests.

First, I would like you to
turn off the email notification feature.

If you do not turn off the email notification feature,
you will receive a notification every time an article is posted to the magazine.

This may cause notifications for "likes" or "follows" on your own articles
to get buried.

You can prevent this by going to "Account" -> "Notifications" -> "Email Notifications" and turning off the "Collaborative Magazine Updates" section.

Second, I would like you to
limit your daily posts to a maximum of 2 to 3 articles
.

Collaborative magazines
allow you to add past articles as well.

However, if you add 10 or 20 past articles all at once,
it is possible that other members' articles will get buried.

Therefore, I would like you to keep it to within 2 or 3.

*Please note that if you post an excessive number of articles,
you may be removed from the membership.

Third, I would like you to only use the feature for adding articles to the magazine
.

Editing the home screen
will be handled by me, the administrator, Ryoyan, so

participants should
only use the feature to add articles to the magazine.

To add an article to the magazine,
there is a section at the bottom of the article publishing settings screen
where you can select the magazine you want to add it to,
so please make sure to check that box.

"Since I've gone to the trouble of starting note, I want many people to read my articles."

I think that is a feeling
everyone has.

Articles written with passion
must surely want to be read by many different people.

Even if it is difficult to reach many people all by yourself,

it is possible if you have companions.

Let's join hands and grow together!
