The day I started looking forward to the future a little bit⛳️
The high temperature in Osaka yesterday was 35 degrees Celsius
🔥🔥🔥
In the sweltering heat that slowly drained our energy, a trio of middle-aged lady golfers went out to play golf (; ゚゚)💦
During our round, we found a rare cycad
male flower in bloom
It is a very rare cycad flower that only blooms once every dozen years or so
We all made a huge fuss, shouting "Wow! (ノ˶>ᗜ<˵)ノ" and took pictures

The yellow part is the flower
It was very impressive and looked just like a
corn cob (*゚∀゚*)

I wonder if it was about 60cm long
There is an auspicious legend that if you see this, your financial luck will improve✨

The blooming period is about one month, so we were able to play our round at the perfect time
Hoping for a boost in financial luck, I'll let myself be fooled and have a little expectation... ( ˶ˆ꒳ˆ˵ )

Cycad-chan, please take care of me
(*´艸`)
What I saw was a male flower, but this one is a female flower👇

It seems this is also quite rare.
Well, well.
Regarding our round, the group playing ahead of us consisted of four female golfers.
In my estimation, they looked to be over 75, but they had such a vibrant, energetic atmosphere that it was truly a 'girls' golf outing,' and they were playing so healthily.

What surprised me was their style of play.
Their pace was incredibly fast, and even from a distance, their posture while walking was straight and beautiful.
In that intense heat, they were all full of smiles, looking completely unfazed.
And when the round ended, one of the ladies said,“See you later!”and drove off in her own car with such dash.

Watching that whole scene, any fear I had about getting older seemed to just blow away.
“How long will I be able to keep playing golf in this heat...?”I had been thinking about the future with a bit of trepidation, but those ladies felt like they taught me how to live from here on out.
Ten years from now, twenty years from now.
I want to be standing on the green with my friends, laughing.
It was a day that made me look forward to that kind of future a little more.

Heartfelt thanks to my seniors in life✨✨
