[Omnidirectional Thinking Psychology] Wisdom Note (Ver.neo) Operation Stance
─Operation Stance─
Guidelines for Facing Challenges
I have summarized the mindset for when you perform tasks. Rather than doing things aimlessly, a slight shift in perspective can significantly increase the value of your actions.
01. Full-Effort Intent
A method of putting your full effort into things you dislike and tend to do half-heartedly. You may find unexpected mental satisfaction.
02. Present Intent
Accept things as they are right now. Focus your consciousness on this very moment, not the past or the future, and face what is in your field of vision.
03. Individuality Intent
Individuality is natural; instead of blaming yourself for not being able to assimilate into a group, this is a method of utilizing that individuality to complement each other.
04. Declaration Intent
If your feelings are unclear, do not leave them be, but clearly verbalize them. For example, if your consciousness is wavering, clearly acknowledge that you are tired.
05. Clarity Intent
Even in a sales job where you sell all products without discrimination, by clearly stating your will when you find something difficult to use, you can help others understand your sincerity.
06. Burst-Forward Intent
Instead of prioritizing theory or calm analysis for action or persuasion, establish the conversation by clearly expressing what your heart thinks first.
07. Inclusive Intent
Instead of opposing the other party's opinion, embrace it and reshape it into an even greater idea, thereby benefiting both yourself and others.
08. Release-Violence Intent
By not stopping the other party's runaway behavior, you avoid getting hurt yourself and give the other party an opportunity to learn from the damage caused by their runaway behavior.
09. Lingering-Impression Intent
Even if you are clumsy in your interactions, by leaving a good impression at the end, you leave a mark in the other person's mind and connect it to the next time.
10. Concentration Intent
A method to increase efficiency by concentrating the loss that occurs when trying to do or explain everything at once into a single point, thereby reducing it.
11. Compassionate-Embrace Intent
"He is a pitiful person who can only express himself by getting angry. He is trying his best to be understood by getting angry. Therefore, do not face his anger seriously, but with pity, draw out his wishes from his claims."
12. Reciprocal-Treasure Intent
"If he is confiding his secrets or complexes to you, you can become closer to him by returning something of equal value. If he gives you a treasure, you will become closer if you return a treasure of equal value to him."
13. Simple-Honesty Intent
"Do not be ashamed of being inarticulate. To many people, a glib mouth looks like it is telling more lies than truth. Simple honesty sometimes speaks more sincerely than a hundred words. Try pushing your simple honesty to the forefront without hiding it."
14. Heart-Opening Intent
"He has a very hard shell around his heart. To break that shell, open your heart first and let him know that you are someone he can trust; then he will come out of his shell on his own."
15. Leading-Action Intent
"When others are confused, try taking the initiative to move. By moving yourself, the confused people will follow your actions. Many people want a leader. Do not wait for one; become the leader yourself. What they trust is not your skills, but your heart."
16. Feigned-Anger Intent
"When you should be angry, be clearly angry. Even if the flames of anger are not burning in your heart at all, people sometimes judge your true intentions and thoughts by your attitude rather than the content. Many people prefer someone who expresses clearly that they dislike something over someone whose true intentions cannot be grasped."
17. Darkness-Solving Intent
"Illuminate the darkness of his heart. The darkness of his heart is expressed as a habit of the heart. It is unclear whether it is appearing as an inversion or an assimilation, but if you can understand that darkness, his heart will open."
18. Radiance Intent
"Find the moment when he shines the brightest. His radiance appears when he is truly living his own life. If you are to evaluate him, it is essential to discover the real him from the moments when he is shining."
19. Purity and Impurity Intent
"When you want someone to understand and improve their shortcomings, you must also understand their strengths; otherwise, your words will not reach their heart. For many people, words only reach their heart when they come from someone who understands both their strengths and weaknesses."
20. Detached Emotion Intent
"You do not need to accompany him in his emotions. You must leave his sadness to him alone. However, if he needs help, ensure you are always ready to assist. That presence will reach not only him but also the hearts of those around him."
21. Detached Reliance Intent
"People must sometimes be pushed away. The kindness you offer does not always work meaningfully in his life. Every time you allow his dependency, you may be depriving him of the opportunity to learn."
22. Non-Compatibility Intent
"Rather than forcing yourself to get along with someone you are not compatible with, it is sometimes better to introduce someone who is compatible, which allows for a more natural relationship. If working with him is painful for you, it might be good to look for a substitute for yourself."
23. Distancing Intent
"Distance is a specific remedy for cooling relationships and emotions. If there is emotional friction, do not try to force an improvement; instead, leave it to space and time and slowly face the friction within yourself. In many cases, space and time will slowly cool the heat."
24. Non-Reward Intent
"If you expect a return when you have been kind, your expectations will grow, and you will be deeply hurt when they are not met. Conversely, selfless kindness creates room in your heart and raises your reputation among those around you."
25. Calming Intent
When your heart is turbulent, do not try to suppress it by force, but quietly recognize that 'I am wavering right now.' Emotions are like the wind. If you try to stop them by force, they become a storm; if you simply watch over them, they pass by quietly. Calming is not about creating silence, but the 'intent to return to silence.'
26. Flexibility Intent
Even if the partner or environment changes, have the softness to adapt without resisting by force. Flexibility is not compromise, but the 'wisdom to change form to achieve the goal.' Just as a river avoids stones without stopping its flow, your heart can move freely according to the situation.
27. Insight Intent
There is always an intention behind a person's words. Seeing through the true meaning hidden in expressions, silence, and timing is the first step to establishing a dialogue. Insight is not about seeing through the other person, but the 'intent to see the world the other person is seeing together.'
28. Resonance Intent
The tone of the other person's voice, the temperature of the place, the flow of the air. By tuning your heart to these, the dialogue will become surprisingly smooth. Resonance is not imitation, but the 'intent to vibrate together.' When the other person is excited, you sink; when they sink, you support them, adjusting the tone of the whole.
29. Dependent Origination Intent
What is happening now is the result of countless layers of the past, and at the same time, it is the cause that shapes the future. Do not decide good or evil, gain or loss based on temporary emotions; look down on the whole flow and accept it. Dependent origination is the 'intent to see the whole within the parts.'
30. Chain Intent
All actions are connected. Today's words create tomorrow's relationships, and yesterday's thoughts produce today's results. A person with chain intent takes responsibility for their actions and makes the flow of time their ally. A move that connects the present helps your future self.
31. Reduction Intent
When you are lost in complex thoughts, remember your initial intention. 'Why did I start this?' Reduction intent is the work of stripping away excess decoration and leaving only the pure motive. Returning to simplicity is not regression, but a 'return to the prototype.'
32. Emergence Intent
When your perspective and the other person's different perspective intersect, a new light is born there. Emergence intent begins with fusion, not conflict. Do not fear differences; have the courage to mix. New understanding and ideas are only born on the boundary.
33. Inheritance Intent
The wisdom and experience you have gained are only completed when you pass them on to someone else. Inheritance is not domination or education, but the 'act of trusting the one who receives.' That thought you believed in will support someone in the future in an invisible way.
34. Non-Attachment Intent
If you seek perfection too much, your heart will always be looking at the places that are lacking. Non-attachment intent is the intent to love the lack as it is. Only by letting go can you become free.
35. Resonance Intent
A person's world is reflected in their words, sounds, and expressions. By listening, the other person's world is born within you as well. Resonance is 'understanding beyond understanding,' the sound of hearts echoing at the bottom of words.
36. Serenity Intent
Even in the midst of any chaos, there is silence at the center. That silence is not given from the outside, but is something that originally exists within you. Serenity intent is the 'intent to sit in the center of the storm,' a calmness that shines precisely in the midst of turmoil.
