How to Create a Sitemap

I am very grateful that so many people are viewing my sitemap.

For all of you, I will explain the steps I took to create my sitemap.
Once you have a growing number of posts, why not make it easier for readers to find the articles they are interested in by listing them?

<Grouping Articles>

The very first thing to do is to sort the articles you have already posted by genre.

Even if they are articles in the same genre, if you look closely, I think you can divide them into several smaller groups.
Let's think carefully and sort them.

And what is important at this time is to think about the titles you plan to write and the themes you want to cover as well.
Let's arrange those genres in order of importance for your site.
This will be the order in which they are listed on the sitemap.

<Writing the Sitemap Article>

In the case of Note, a sitemap is treated the same as any other article.
Basically, it is created in the same way.
As always, think about the "title," "title image," "introductory text for the article genres," and "names of each genre." See Figure 1.

<Inserting a Table of Contents>

Display the various genres in a table of contents to provide an overview.
As you write the article, make the name of each genre a main heading. See Figure 2.

<Inserting Article URLs>

This is where it gets important.

Figure 3
  1. Click "Quote" to display a gray box. Although this is different from its original purpose, we will use this "Quote" feature to make things stand out. See Figure 3.

  2. You will paste the article URLs into this box. See Figure 3.

  3. It is a good idea to add a unique icon at the beginning of each article. Feel free to think of ways to make them stand out. See Figure 3.

  4. Open your Note creator page in a separate tab. See Figure 4.

  5. In the center, you will see tags lined up: "Home," "Articles," "Membership," "Magazines," "Likes," "Profile," and "Monthly." Click on "Articles." See Figure 4.

6. Since the articles are displayed in a vertical list in order of posting, select and copy the title of the article you want to insert into the sitemap. See Figure 5.

7. Return to the sitemap you are creating and paste it after the "quote" one-point mark. See Figure 3.

Even if you copy the article title from the "Home" screen, only the URL will be displayed, but if you copy the article title from this "Articles" screen, the title name will be displayed as a link.

After that, just keep repeating this process until all articles are organized.

<Bringing the sitemap to the top>

Post the completed sitemap.

Once posted, it is better to have it always displayed at the top. Click the three dots on the far right under the title of the sitemap article, and click "Pin to creator page" from the options.

<Adding articles>

Creating a sitemap is not the end. Let's add articles posted after that.

Open your sitemap, click the same three dots as before, and select "Edit".
After that, just like before, add a one-point mark to the "quote" of the genre you want to add, and paste the article URL after it using the same procedure as before. Update and post it.

<Adding genres>

For articles in new genres you have challenged, not just existing ones, similarly insert the genre title in the sitemap "Edit" and make it a main heading.
After that, just like before, add the articles to the "quote" box and you are done.

That was my way of creating a sitemap.

I hope this is helpful to you. If you like it, please give it a like and follow me.
I will continue to strive to write good articles, so thank you for your support.
