The Key to Surviving in the AI Era
It has been a while since my last post on note.
I mainly use Ameblo, so please take a look at my Ameblo as well if you like ↓

Now, today I would like to introduce the following YouTube video ↓
[Shocking] Google CEO: 'People who react immediately are third-rate' The mindset of those who win quietly
As many of you may know, this is about Sundar Pichai, the CEO of Google and its parent company, Alphabet.

After watching this YouTube video, two points in particular left an impression on me.
First, the first point is,
'Responding, not reacting'
The core of Mr. Pichai's philosophy is the insight that 'it is not the problems themselves that cause us suffering, but how we react to them that disrupts our lives.'
When people are stimulated by surprise, anger, or anxiety, they tend to 'react' reflexively. However, the moment you switch to 'responding'—observing the situation and acting through thought—the chaos subsides and you regain control.
🟩 Reacting ... Acting while consumed by emotions → Worsening the situation
🟦 Responding ... Taking a breath, observing, and making a judgment → Moving to the side that controls the situation
Modern social media, news, and work are full of traps that trigger 'reactions.' That is precisely why calmness is the greatest competitive advantage. It is not about suppressing emotions, but
installing a 'pause button' in your mind. That is the first step to surviving in an era of noise.
The second point is,
'The key to surviving in the AI era'
Mr. Pichai says the following:
✔ AI will have a more profound impact on humanity than the discovery of electricity or fire
This is because the 'premises' of all work will be rewritten.
✔ The definition of all work will change
The era where 'humans do what AI can do' is coming to an end.
✔ What is needed is 'adaptability' rather than 'knowledge'
This is an era where the ability to keep up with change is more valuable than knowledge itself.
✔ The core ability is "unlearning"
Unlearning is as follows👇
Letting go of common sense and past success experiences you have already learned
Example:
"Programmer = someone who writes code" → (old)
"Programmer = someone who designs questions to make AI write code" → (new)
✔ Humans move to the side that decides "what to make AI do"
The difference between those who master AI and those who are used by it is determined by the precision of the questions.
The words of top executives at companies at the forefront of the IT field are persuasive, aren't they?
Hearing this, I felt that my work creating the "Soul Blueprint Reading GPT" using custom GPTs was not a mistake.
Until now, I have conducted readings based on Zi Wei Dou Shu charts and Evolutionary Astrology birth charts by making full use of my own knowledge, but now, I leave most of it to the GPTs (AI Tsumugi-san) that I created.
Furthermore, the number of questions I ask AI Tsumugi-san is increasing rapidly, and I am updating the GPTs' new knowledge (prompts) each time.
Generative AI is no longer just a work tool; it has become my partner and advisor.
Perhaps the student and the master will eventually reverse roles^^
