Accomplice's Bookmark | How to Use This Place
The membership "KOTAYA's Accomplice" is,
Can we increase the number of members to 100 within the year?
This is an experimental ground to test that.
What we did.
Why we did it.
Did the number of people increase or decrease?
Did it go well or fail?
What we will do next.
We will record the strategies and results
as accurately as possible.
Instead of looking back only after succeeding,
we will share them while we are still in the process and the results are unknown.
That is the core of this place.
The goal is clear.
100 accomplices by the end of December 2026.
If we don't reach it,
this membership will be dissolved.
It's not just about running a membership.
I will share what I am testing in my side business,
not just the success stories,
but also products that didn't sell and strategies I'm struggling with,
as accurately as possible.

For example, things like this:
・How to sell paid articles
・How to create products and determine pricing
・Traffic flow from social media
・How to grow a separate account
・How to use AI
If you are running a membership,
you are welcome to take away anything you find useful.
If you want to sell paid articles in the future,
you can just look at the product design part.
How you use it is up to you.
My promise to you is simple.
Every Tuesday, I will publish
member-only articles.
Articles on note management, product design, SNS funnels, and
monetization
are compiled in this magazine.
👇 "KOTAYA's note Management & Monetization Log"
SNS beginner, 0 followers, 0 yen in sales.
What I have tried since then.
You can follow it all from here, including past articles.
👇 There is also an Accomplice homepage.
Q&A, creative works, and
some extra things are here too.
Q&A answering questions from accomplices.
Accomplice manga.
AI images and behind-the-scenes production.
A bit of private talk.
Things that might not be useful
are just left here as well.
The member benefits you can read now are here.
👇 "KOTAYA's Accomplice | Member Benefits"
I will also talk about new products and projects first.
New products, major updates,
and ideas that haven't solidified yet.

Sometimes,
I share these with accomplices before making them public.
Rather than just showing the finished product,
I show it while it's still in progress.
I think that's more like this place.
Sometimes I ask for opinions, like "What do you think?"
It's okay if you don't answer.
Discord "Accomplice Hideout"
There is also a Discord for accomplices to use together,
the "Accomplice Hideout."
Casual chat, advice on notes, sharing AI usage, and reporting results.
I created it as a place where you can do things a bit more freely,
which were difficult to do just in the note comment section.
Joining the Discord is completely optional.
There is no problem if you don't join.
Even if you do join, just watching is fine.
👇 The entrance is here
You are an "accomplice," but nothing is forced
The name is "KOTAYA's Accomplice."
It sounds quite dangerous.
But I don't want this to be a place where everyone does the same thing.
It's fine to just be someone who reads the articles.
You don't have to leave a single comment.
Likes, bulletin boards, and Discord,
none of it is mandatory.
Read only the articles you want to read,
and you can quietly close it.
Conversely,
you can join in on strategy meetings, and
when someone says "I want to do this,"
you can gather on your own and start something.
And,
you don't have to keep it up forever.
Join because there's an article you want to read this month.Leave once you've read it.Come back again in a few months.
That is perfectly fine.
I will make what I shareas clear as possible.
However,
What you take away from here, how you use it, and how involved you get.
That is entirely up to you.
That is everyone's freedom.
What I want to cherish in this place is,
that everyone can
spend their time however they wish.
Beside that, I will aim for 100 people,
make plans, try them out, fail,
and try something else again.
If it seems useful, I want you to take it home.
If it's interesting, I want you to laugh.
If you feel like doing something,
I want you to join in on your own.
100 people by the end of the year.

Will it succeed,
or will it really end in dissolution?
Even I don't know yet.
That is precisely why,
I think it's an experiment you can only see right now.
I would be happy if you could watch the process,
from whatever distance you prefer.
That's a pass for today.
