[Walking Power Spot Experiment #2] Why do successful people clean? The mechanism of 'emotions changing reality' that I understood through experience.
How are you doing?
I'm Yuiho, currently in training to become a walking power spot✨
What is your ideal morning like?
For me,
Morning sunlight coming through the window.
White. Transparency. Breeze.
Something like... the atmosphere in the image below✨

Time flowing slowly,
lace curtains swaying gently,
spending time quietly while drinking coffee, something like that.
And you know,
I look for images of such ideal rooms,
make collages with AI to use as PC wallpapers,
and print them out to place where I can see them.
And then,
I was a bit surprised, but
I actually got to experience such a morning💗
There was a day I woke up wide awake at 5 AM.
Usually,
"Just 5 more minutes..."
"No, 10 minutes..."
I would normally lounge in bed, but
that day I got up right away.
And,
"Let's clean!"
I thought.
I think it's probably because I was watching cleaning-related notes and videos the night before (lol)
First, I took down the living room curtains and washed them.
In the meantime, I did some wiping.
・Living room and staircase floors
・First-floor doors
・Entrance foyer
・Inside the shoe cabinet
I've been working pretty hard since 5 AM👌
And then, the moment I hung up the freshly washed lace curtains and opened the window.
A refreshing breeze came sweeping in.
The floor feels smooth and comfortable too~✨
“This is it, this is it. This is the feeling I want to experience!”
That's what I thought.
After that, I washed my face, brewed some coffee, and applied toner while reading note.
Lately, I've also been experimenting with applying toner carefully instead of just treating it like a 'chore'.
When I apply it to my skin as if I'm gently wrapping it, it somehow calms my feelings too.
And then, after finishing with the toner, I closed my PC for a moment and did some journaling.
It was an incredibly calm and pleasant time.
……or so it was.
Suddenly, I looked over.
The window where the morning sun comes in. The swaying lace curtains. And right next to them.
A huge pile of papers in a document holder💦
Wait, hold on.
“You papers!! You're ruining the atmosphere I worked so hard to create!!”
That's what I thought (lol)
Things like school papers from the kids, and various other stuff.
The sense of reality is amazing 🤣
'I'll tidy up once I finish my coffee'
That's what I naturally thought at that moment.
Also.
Actually, I was thinking about trying something like 16-hour fasting too.
But.
After cleaning from 5 AM and moving enough to get sweaty...
I was super hungry.
So,
'Well, I'll just have breakfast today'
And I ate normally (lol)
But you know, it wasn't a sloppy breakfast.
I wanted to eat something Japanese-style that my body would truly enjoy.
Even though I'm this close to my ideal morning, having just a slice of bread for breakfast feels wrong, right? 😅
And you know.
I realized something here.
When people get a little closer to their ideal, they start to notice parts they didn't care about before.
But that's not about,
'I'm still not good enough...'
It's more like,
"I want to make it even better♡"
It's that feeling of excitement.
I thought this was incredibly important!
Even when it's the same 'working hard',
'doing it because it's lacking'
and
'wanting to do it because it makes you happy'
are completely different.
The level of suffering is different.
Seriously, the energy is different!
(This will be on the test 🤭)
👇 Around the time of this article, I was working on raising my self-image regarding my appearance.
Maybe the logic is the same.
I had read in a book before,
'Even when paying money, reality changes depending on whether you pay with anxiety or with joy.'
But at the time, honestly,
I was just like,
'Huh, is that so?'
It didn't really click.
But, I understood it this morning.
Ah, I see 💡
So that's what it is, yeah.
That's what it is!!
I thought.
When I got closer to my ideal self,
I felt happy and wanted to tidy up even more.
This is,
'even with the same action, reality changes based on emotion'
what that means.
I never thought I would reach this truth from morning cleaning.
But still.
When you move even a little,
there are things that become visible.
I am currently in the middle of experimenting with various luck-boosting actions.
And the most interesting part of that is,
'gaining knowledge'
is not it,
'the moment you understand through experience'
I think that is it.
Why do successful people go to shrines?
Why is 'cleaning' a staple for boosting luck?
That is,
'I see, so that's what it is!'
There are moments when it connects like an aha experience.
I would like to continue writing about things like that.
I feel like I am gaining more insights than I imagined from this experimental life🌟
I would love for you to,
try putting your ideal morning routine into words or visualizing it.
Because a day might come when you, like me, suddenly realize,
"Ah! So that's what it is!!"
I hope you'll tell me what kind of morning you're having!
Please let me know what your morning is like!
