"Is this really the right job for me in the long run?"
"I want to change jobs, but given the current climate..."
And so on...
The number one reason work feels enjoyable is, after all,
having good relationships with others, but
I am sure everyone has wondered at some point,
"What kind of work is really right for me?"
Many appraisers who use Nine Star Ki
often look at your Honmeisei (birth year star)
when asked about an ideal job.
It is true that the ideal job found through the Honmeisei is a good fit,
but you may end up so absorbed in it that it drains your life force.
Even if you find it rewarding,
work based on your Honmeisei is the type you are most likely to overexert yourself in.
I believe that rather than just the Honmeisei,
looking at your Keisha (inclination) and Dokai (association)
reveals the work that will give you the greatest sense of fulfillment.

as seen through your Dokai.
Dokai means“what is expected of you by others”
It reveals the profession that aligns with your sense of mission.
Some may feel that the word "mission" sounds heavy,
but
Mission = a precious task entrusted to you is what it means.
It is especially well-suited for those who have a strong desire to be useful to others.
How to find your Dokai
First, let's find your Honmeisei and Getsumeisei
You will need your Honmeisei (the Nine Star of your birth year)
and your Getsumeisei (the Nine Star of your birth month).
Please look them up on this site.
[Example] Let's look at someone born on August 5, 2021.
If you enter your date of birth on the site above to check,
a Nine Star chart like this will appear.
Look at the Year Star (Honmei-sei) on the far left and
the Month Star (Getsumei-sei) in the middle.
The Nine Star written in the center of the Nine Star chart
is your Honmei-sei and Getsumei-sei.
In this example, the Honmei-sei is the Six White Metal Star
and the Getsumei-sei is the Nine Purple Fire Star.
How to find the Dokai
On the Nine Star chart for your Year Star (Honmei-sei),
where is your Month Star (Getsumei-sei) located?
The Nine Star located on the opposite side
is your Dokai.
Since the person in the example has a Getsumei-sei of the Nine Purple Fire Star,
the Three Blue Wood Star is on the opposite side.
The Dokai for the person in the example is the "Three Blue Wood Star".
Things to note
What I would like you to be careful about is
those whose Honmei-sei and Getsumei-sei are the same Nine Star.
You need to perform a conversion.

For example, if both the Honmei-sei and Getsumei-sei are the Two Black Earth Star,
the Getsumei-sei is converted to the "Six White Metal Star".

the Getsumei-sei becomes the Six White Metal Star,
so the Seven Red Metal Star on the opposite side becomes the Dokai.
