Important things when changing the status quo
First, I would like you to read this with the understanding that this is intended for those who want to change the status quo or want to change themselves.
What is the status quo...?
It is "the current results and state of your life that you have created through your choices up until now". There are several important things to keep in mind when you want to change that status quo, but the most important thing is
【something you end up doing even if someone tells you not to or tries to stop you】
【I really want to do XX!】
—in other words, things you do without even being conscious of them. To put it another way, it is about whether it is an "inner voice" that wells up from the bottom of your heart, rather than something external like the words of others or information from the internet.
And, it is very important—though it may seem obvious—to ask: Is this truly what you desire and want?
【Point】
As a point of reference, try looking back at your memories up to around age 15. For example: ✔ Things you did almost every day ✔ Things you could do without effort ✔ Things you would get absorbed in doing ✔ Things you kept doing regardless of whether your parents said anything or not. etc...
Why not use the above as a hint to create some time for self-reflection?
