1000 Knocks to Overcome Insect Phobia No. 266: Erannis golda Mating!
Today's insect activity - the main event for 20251230.
I did it! I finally saw Erannis golda mating for the first time! I was so thrilled and excited while taking these photos.

They were in a place like this.

A close-up of the male's face. Is he handsome?

Photos were taken with an E-M1 Mark II + M.ZUIKO DIGITAL ED 60mm F2.8 Macro or M.ZUIKO DIGITAL ED 12mm F2.0.
I had decided since yesterday that this would be today's note update.
After all, it's my first time seeing Erannis golda mating.
Also, I wanted to check how many 1000 Knocks articles I actually updated this year.
And I was stunned.
I saw them on January 2nd last year. And this was the 4th 1000 Knocks article of this year.
At the beginning of this year, I think I was enthusiastic about updating 100, no, 200, or maybe 300 1000 Knocks articles, but I've forgotten whether the number I was aiming for was 100, 200, or 300💦
Since the first article of this year's 1000 Knocks was No. 176,
although I didn't reach 100, being able to update 91 is still a big deal. Or should I try to get 9 more in the remaining time? (laughs)
