Gratitude for the Environment We Take for Granted
Hello.
Thank you for reading my note.
I'm a bit late, but...
Happy New Year! 💕
It snowed for the first time on January 2nd.
So, I made this. 😂

I had some deep thoughts at the end of the year.
I was at the head office all by myself (the staff were on holiday) finishing up work for the year.
The surrounding companies were closed, and since the phone lines and stores were still operating, I thought I should be there in case of an emergency. 😊
The employee who has been with our company the longest came to visit me at the end of the year to say hello.
He brought his wife and two children...
It was, you know, quite a profound moment for me.
The children have grown up, and they are just so cute.
I realized that their family's living expenses are being managed through the salary they receive from our company.
Even though we have a salary table, it made me think that I need to make the company even better and give back more to the employees.
Feeling grateful and thinking about how I need to do more, I found myself getting a bit teary-eyed.
I feel so grateful for each and every one of our employees.
I might be biased, but our employees are truly wonderful people.
They have warm hearts, they work with a positive attitude, and above all, they truly value our customers.
That is why I, as the president, am so in love with my staff. ♡
I am truly grateful.
We often take our daily environment for granted and our gratitude fades, but
everyone reading this surely has someone in their own daily, taken-for-granted environment that they really should be grateful for.
Whether or not you can notice what is right in front of you changes your level of happiness, doesn't it?
2026 has also begun.
Focus on the people around you, and don't forget to be grateful!!

May it be a wonderful year for all of you as well. ♡
