Sewing Log 11 [Extra Edition] Finally made my Otsukaya debut, and my dog is getting in the way
When watching sewing videos or reading blogs,
almost everyone uses Otsukaya.
They don't have shops on Rakuten or Amazon,
and since shipping costs apply, I never quite got around to buying anything even after looking at their site, but
this time there was fabric I wanted, so I finally made my Otsukaya debut.

◎ Red plaid 5m
I'm thinking of making a skirt and either pants or a jumper skirt.
◎ Dot twill 4m
I couldn't find small-dot twill anywhere else, so I bought it. I plan to make two pairs of pants.
◎ Black fabric 3m
Since it was described as fabric specialized for garment making, I bought it for a summer dress.
I haven't clearly decided what to make yet, so I couldn't cut it, which made the pre-washing process quite difficult...
Along with that, I bought 2m of cheap fabric on Mercari and 1.5m of pocket lining at the same time, so
a total of 15.5m of fabric
arrived all at once.
I have to admit, I must be crazy...
No more fabric for a while.
And whenever I spread out the fabric, Komachi always gets in the way.

Some of you might think the scissors are dangerous, but Komachi is the ultimate laid-back girl; she's a typical former rescue dog who doesn't bark, run, or play with toys, so she's fine even when I'm cutting fabric right in front of her.
I think she just considers fabric and patterns to be her bed, so she ends up digging at them.
