TC Therapy Cycle 3 / Day 1
(Sorry for the header that has nothing to do with the treatment~)
The third time. I've gotten used to it, but the morning was somehow hectic, and I forgot to take my temperature because I was thinking about things like ice packs, oh boy. I waited at Starbucks early in the morning again this time, received wonderful service just like last time, and elegantly devoured a mushroom and cheese sandwich and a latte.
The blood test results were okay for now. However, the numbers showed I'm slightly anemic. Oh, is that so? I didn't really have any symptoms in my daily life. And my liver function numbers have gone up quite a bit... I'm using various medications, so I'm told this is bound to happen. I hope it doesn't affect the fourth cycle. I don't want to delay the schedule.

The previous two times, they couldn't find my veins, so the IV was in the back of my hand, but today they were able to insert the needle into my arm properly! Well done, doctor! The patient, doctor, and nurses who were there all let out a sigh of relief, saying, 'Oh, that's great.' I wish it were always like that.
I was able to enter the chemotherapy room smoothly this time, but the IV medication took a while to arrive... I ended up taking a quick nap before the main event lol. In the bed opposite me was a patient starting treatment today. They said they were feeling anxious about various things... I know, right. They were surprised by the amount of medicine brought over halfway through lol. I know, right, I had a time like that too...
The IV finished without any trouble, they attached the port, I got my medicine, and today ended safely!
On the way home, my sister, who was wandering around the next town over, came all the way here, and we had some tea at a cafe before heading home (the header image is from that). It was very relaxing. Grateful.
