#140 | The night after moving out. Going our separate ways for the final day before the end 😂
The final night after moving out is...
With packing barely done 😂
gathering up the remaining items in the house,
combustible and non-combustible trash,a dash to drop it off💨
(though it was only 4-5 bags 👀)
Right up until the very last moment, it was a scramble.
The night of the move-out day.
We met up with a friend's family from the same school district
and despite it being right in the middle of the week, we had dinner together 🥺✨
The car handover was also completed successfully 🥺✨
In the light rain,
we were supposed to say "see you later" at the nearest station, but...
they drove us all the way to the hotel.
Right up until the very end, it was a night wrapped in kindness ☺️
And then the next day...
Chikky went for a "bonus" dentist visit,
staying behindat the local station alone😂
And then...
arranging the return flight (a so-called dummy ticket)
Here,a quick note👀
when entering the Philippines,
**"Presenting a ticket to depart within 30 days"** is required in some cases ✈️
Since the Chikky family is planning a long-term stay this time,
the actual return date is undecided.
So...
✔ Secure a ticket that shows "departure planned" for now
✔ Cancel (refund) it later after meeting the conditions
We chose this method 👀
After consulting quite a bit with Big Hubby...
we chose
JAL'sregular fare (refundable type)✈️
For three people, it was about 300,000 yen 👀
Well then...
Will it be refunded successfully?! 😂
If I make a mistake...
Well, I'll just have to chalk it up to a 'learning experience' 🤣
Meanwhile...
Big Hubby & Little Kobito are
traveling ahead 🚅
and enjoying the Port of Nagoya Public Aquarium 🐬✨
And then, the night. Sukiyaki...

The child is truly enjoying the moment.
It was a night where I thought this contrast is actually quite nice ☺️
Only 1 more day left in Japan 😂✨
The real 'last' is still to come.
“Different paths, same destination.” ✈️
(Even if we go our separate ways, we're heading to the same place)
