Happiness follows after.
We often stop in our tracks, searching for the 'correct answer' to the question of what happiness is. However, happiness is not a fixed definition like one found in a dictionary; it is something that quietly blends into the 'context' of our daily lives.
When we are absorbed in something, or when we are laughing with someone.
In those moments, we aren't even thinking about 'trying to be happy'.
The scent of freshly brewed coffee, the light streaming through the window,
simply being immersed in what is right in front of us, with our hearts moved.
I feel that the process itself is actually the true nature of happiness.
There is no need to stop and obsess over questions that have no answers.
First, just take a step in the direction that moves your heart.
When you look back one day, that accumulation of steps will surely take the form of 'this was my happiness'.
Before seeking meaning, try living first.
Happiness is like a flower that quietly blooms in the wake of your footsteps.
Rather than searching for the shape of happiness, I want to cherish the moments when my heart is moved.
